Called in an order for a delivery. Was given incorrect information about specials & delivery fees. Made my order based on that info. Delivery man arrived & informed me I didn’t have enough money (he didn’t make the mistake).
Talked to the Manager and he just made excuses about the employee being new and giving me wrong info (and) then became offended that I was challenging these mistakes. No accountability whatsoever.
I like Dominoes but won’t do any more business with the Alabaster AL franchise.

Apparently because I got food with mold on it and “garlic parmesan” bread bites with NO garlic or parmesan on it. Just look at the picture. According to the manager working on 5/18/24 from 12:30-1:30pm,, I am just complaining. The pictures will show what I’m talking about… What I did wrong was doing business at the #5390 store. I have had problems in the past but many times the food was good. Apparently that’s when they had a manager that gave a damn about the customers. The lady manager insisted it was my fault and I have complained too much in the past. I have probably called in three or four times in the last 10 years. Apparently one complaint is too many. She would not refund my moldy salad nor a refund on the parmesan bites. Buyers be worn this location has the worst manager (who is probably a kid) that has no regard for paying customers. Hopefully this review will make things better for that store and for the customers. In the past nothing has come of it they just want to mail me a coupon, which makes no sense when obviously I’m ordering food because that’s what me and the family decided to eat that night. It’s hard to eat an email coupon LOL. Anyways maybe the right person will see this review and take it serious.

Finally decided to leave a review as the app keeps asking me to. But this location is great. I’m not rich enough to get delivery and complain about that. I get carryout or car side pickup. My pizza has been great for years. They also get my special pizzas correct that my picky kids want. I also love that they offer to deliver to my house when the closer pizza hut doesn’t. The staff is always polite and thanks me for coming. I just got my order at 8:02pm 5/16/25 and all of this is still accurate.

Delivery charges are to high. It’s like double tipping. One to store and one for drivers. It cuts down what I can give the drivers. Ordering less and less online because of all the stupid add on fees that you can’t escape. A $14 order is actually a $21 after taxes and fees (fees mostly) and your still expected to tip driver after that. I think the mandatory fees are deceptive pricing policys. This review is for corporate, no complaints about local staff.

Absolutely horrible.
Ordered the buffalo chicken on the app, it showed 11-21 minutes estimated time. I was there after 7 minutes to pick it up. Order was ready to my surprise, didn’t think much of it. Got home which took me few minutes and pizza is COLD COLD. I call them, spoke with the manager Kaylin who seems to hate her job. Asked her to have someone deliver the pizza and pick up the cold one. She refused. Asked her to refund me and come pick up the cold pizza. She refused.
