I ordered a cheese pizza, buffalo wings and lava cakes. The pizza and wings were fine but the lava cakes looks like they threw them in too hot then dropped them. I think y’all can do better.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but if I was a manager, I would want to know about this. There was a pizza left off our order, but that’s really not what the review is about. There were employees skating around the kitchen on some kind of mop bucket/cart. There was also an employee sitting/hanging out of the drive-through window and employees were cursing loudly in the kitchen. Also, employees were calling right by the front door. It was just generally an unprofessional atmosphere.

Since I generally use the app to order everything I get the time start to finish and always pick up myself . Soon as it’s out of the oven I head in and never had more then a 3 minute wait for it to be cut and boxed I’m not sure how easier it can get . I’ve never had any issues with this dominos and it’s my preferred stop on the way home .

As far as Domino’s goes, this is as good as it gets. The vast majority of the time, the food is correct and on time. The employees I have dealt with have been wonderful. When there has been a mishap, it has been corrected. With the exception that you have to give any fast food place of the employees on shift being responsible for the quality of your order(and they don’t all last forever), I can confidently say this is the most consistently good Domino’s or chain pizza place around that I’ve had in a while.

Its a small satellite, but i like the people that work there. They were willing to remake my order over a simple way i wanted it cut. I said it was fine. The food is always good and being as i live right down the road, its very nice to not have to drive to Leeds.

Food was delicious, piping hot, and just as we ordered it. Service on the other hand left me in disbelief. We ordered 2 pizzas, a diet coke, and 1 philly cheese steak sandwich on the mobile app. Which ended up being 68.82. I put in the instructions to call when the driver arrives as we have many dogs. If you, like our driver, are unaware that dogs will eat hot food left outside, on ground, unattended maybe you and “Kelly” should find employment in anything other than food delivery! “Kelly” arrives and does end up calling but the conversation that was held can only be describe as rushed, rude, ill-mannered, disrespectful, and impolite to say the least. She answers the phone asking if she was at the right house. That’s sounds normal enough doesn’t it? Not when you hear the most disrespectful and attitude infested voice say “This yo house right. With the white.” We TRY to inform her she was at the right house but before I could even finish my sentence I hear “foods on the porch.” *hangs up* EXCUSE ME?!?! Who speaks to someone like that? Who interrupts someone like that? Who leaves food on the ground after being told there were multiple dogs at the house like that?? I was in disbelief. I rushed outside the food was thankfully still there as it only took maybe 2 minutes to put shoes on and walk out the door. The driver on the other hand is SPEEDING away so quick I hear her tires skirt as she turns out of my driveway. I tried calling our driver, Kelly, back to my shocking surprise no answer after 4 missed calls. I then call the number on the receipt and it ends up calling a completely different location. Then what do I do? Look up the store number from the location I ordered from. This lovely store right here. Surprise this locations phone isn’t even working. I’m fed up at this point and angered beyond belief as this was a almost 70$ order that, along with myself, was treated like rubbish on the side of the road. I then called corporate 3 different times. First time someone answers and immediately hangs up. Second time someone answers asks what im calling for, hangs up midway through my sentence. Third and final call someone answers we start going through the process of making a complaint. Corporate tells me they are going to refund my order. Oh if I were only so lucky. There was silence on the phone for a good 30s so I asked “hello, are you still there” *HANGS UP* Lemme clear this up. I didn’t want or expect a refund but the AUDACITY to tell me your going to give me a refund and then HANG UP. That’s when I about lost it. Literally no words. All I wanted was to make sure “Kelly” was reprimanded and to make sure this wasn’t just how employees were allowed to treat people and be so irresponsible with peoples food that THEY paid for. I’m going up to this location in the morning and asking to speak to a manager about this whole situation as online ways of communication have failed. I will come back and update this review once this is either resolved or further actions are needed to be taken.

Ordered for pick-up, pizza and 2 orders of Parmesan bread twists. Received pizza and two orders of cinnamon twists. Went into store, waited for them to bake more(meanwhile pizza was in car getting cold). They brought me one order of Parmesan twists and when I enlightened her there was suppose to be two orders I was told the other order will be out soon. Then the girl brought me two more orders of bread twists. While all this was going on one employee was yelling at all the other employees who were basically looking around like they did not know what was going on. Pizza was cold by the time I got home.
