I’m not new to ordering from this Dominos, as it’s the only one who delivers to my residence but the last few times have been a disappointment. We love the NY style pizza for the thinner, foldable crust but the last few times that’s not what we are receiving from the Dominos on Becker Rd. A NY style pizza is always a $20+ pizza. The last 2 times my pizzas have been hand tossed. Last time the manager had me text her a picture, which she delivered the correct NY Style pizza out afterwards.
I just ordered an extra large NY style pizza tonight and it looks exactly like the hand tossed pizza I ordered and just like the NY style I ordered previously. I understand that online there’s not an option for an XL hand tossed pizza and they state that they use a large(14 inch) hand tossed dough and turn it into a XL (16inch) which would lead to a thinner, crispier pizza but that isn’t the case with these pizzas because the only thing different from hand tossed is the size. My issue is that I paid 21$ for a pizza that did not come to me as advertised. Dominos advertisement for the NY style pizza is “Domino’s New York Style Pizza is a thinner, crispier crust pizza made with fresh, never-frozen dough, a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese, and cut into six large, foldable slices for that authentic NY experience.” which unfortunately is not what is received from Becker Rd. Dominos.
I have received an actual NY Style pizza from this location multiple times before the past couple mess ups, and I do believe it’s more of an evening issue with management and the pizza makers. When I called the store, the manager (Christen/Crystal I’m not sure) told the girl I was speaking to that I always call to complain and there is nothing they can do for me. I sent her the pictures again to show the pizzas and she was adamant that there’s nothing they can do and the pizza I sent was a NY Style. Again, it’s not as advertised or as it is from earlier in the day / and other locations.
More training is needed!

Should’ve read the reviews before ordering—but I figured, hey, it’s just Domino’s, how bad could it be? Turns out, pretty bad. I usually order from the Gatlin location and this one doesn’t even come close. One pizza was burnt—how that even made it into the box is beyond me. The stuffed crust was not it, and delivery took 24 minutes just from the store to my house (distance 1.6miles). Only upside was the quick refund when I called in. Safe to say I’ll be exploring other options… maybe Palm City next time.

We have ordered from here about ten times. Two out of the last three orders were pretty good.
This order was two seven topping pizzas’$ and pineapple jalapeno chicken whatever.
One was extra cheese Italian sausage and steak. With garlic, onion, peppers and spinach. Had no flavor. Possibly tasted like dish soap. The other was chicken, olives, onions, garlic, mushrooms and feta cheese I forgot what else. Tasted like an aluminum can.
The single chicken breast with cheese pineapple and jalapeno was the only flavor in the meal.
Waste of fifty dollars
I had a slice of each. No one else in the house wanted to eat them after trying. And I have a stomach ack.

Ok I’m a true New Yorker so 4stars is because it was tasty fresh a different. The people were very nice and helpful. The online ordering is a pain trying to sell you add ons and sign up for stuff. It was like Pizza at a buffet. It’s not NYC pizza but it’s pretty good. How the heck did they figure out how to cut a round pizza into so many little squares.

I never leave Google review’s for a single company I visit, but this was Absolutely disgusting. I tried to give this Dominos another chance because it’s so close to home, but it’s so disappointing.
Raw dough, uncooked cheese, absolutely disgusting. Over $40 spent and what a shame that the local and only dominos within a certain mile radius is so disgusting. Nobody cares about your complaints either.

I normally have a good pie from this shop but this last time I was disappointed. The NY crust was soggy and the wings were mushy and fatty. Nothing crispy or enjoyable. No more NY style for me and no more wings.

I’ll start off by saying the website was glitched and wouldn’t let me order and that’s normally how we order to save a few dollars , I called and spoke to ( tee ) she was amazing. Helped me out. Helped me save a little bit and got me what I wanted ….God food. Good customer service , food in a timely manner , and put a smile on my face.
She’s a wonderful woman and deserves recognition for taking a bad situation and making it turn out wonderfully

The pizza arrived undercooked, wasn’t even cut, and for $26, for a large then crust, it felt overpriced and unsatisfying. The quality was far below expectations, and I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. If you’re looking for well-made, reliable pizza, I’d recommend exploring other options.
