It had been a long time since we had ordered domino’s, however we were over there to take care of some unexpected things and Thomas (not sure if that’s how he spells it) was amazing the whole time. He was patient with us trying to figure out what we wanted and even helped with some ideas. While taking care of us he was also training someone new. He has great customer service and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother when we took a while trying to figure out what to order. Because of Thomas we will be going back.

Took 40 min to prepare my order of 2 pizzas the place smelled unclean and the lady tried to make excuses on why our order was so behind. When I walked in to the store 20 min after ordering there was no one else in the place and she said that our order was already in the oven. Then proceeded to watch her make our order 10 min later. This is very bad customer service and laziness coming from the lady inside along with when adked how much longer on our order she started to argue and say that she had tons of orders before ours and we were just last in line after we had sat inside the store for 20min. I would not recommend going to this store for anything. Spend the extra drive time to go to the store further down the road where there service is outstanding. The management should be appalled with the service they provide.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, a meat lovers no beef, add onions and mushrooms, My husband and I sit down to eat and the pizza has a sour smell while eating. I get up and smell the rest of the pizza in the box. It smells like spoiled meat.
I called and asked for the manager. Explain to her she might wanna check her meat toppings that something is spoiled. (To prevent food poisoning) it’s a real strong smell. It wasn’t about a refund. It was to bring it to her attention. She laughed.
She asks my address and tells me IF I want a refund I need to bring the pizza and come to the store. Cool no problem. But no customer service. No let me check it. No apologies.
Guess I’ll go back to ordering Marcos. Your commercials fooled me this time dominos!

Ordered lava cakes, received hockey pucks. They definitely don’t look like the fluffy, delicious cakes I was shown when I ordered online. And they forgot the icing cup I ordered. 🙁
Pizza was soggy and super salty- not sure why. It’s the same order we always get.

I called in to ensure my order was placed properly .Spoke to Kimberly, she was very rude and un-attentive to anything I was saying and I purposely was very kind .The call didn’t last 60 seconds before she hung up on my face.Dialed the number and the manger Geena finally helped me out! We ordered 3 pizzas and added special instructions for UNCUT and when we got the pizza 2 were cut and one was uncut. This is the 3rd time we had this issue with this store.
