Idk how many times I order the same pizza n ask for extra mushroom n got regular. Am tired of this it’s very annoying. I just want to go in the store and ask the if they don’t know how to read a follow simple instructions. Last time I order for this place I had it. Like u people don’t understand I pay for this. I am so dissatisfied in this Dominoes. My family and I LOVE dominoes and we order ALL the time. I don’t know what has been happening recently but this last time was cherry on top. The pizzas that I received 1/3 of them were fine. The other 2 were a complete disaster. And the lava cakes that I ordered were soggy and not crispy the way they come. I called the store and spoke to the lady in charge she was helpful and offered to remake my order, but when I asked for an email to send a picture of how these pizzas arrived so they can see. She asked her manager and said they didn’t want a picture… I didn’t want to bring my experience on to their reviews but since they didn’t want the pictures privately I supposed the public can be allowed to see too.

Ordered online and it was ready for pickup in 15m on a Saturday night, awesome. Food was hot, good and fresh. 4 star pizza when you want something cheap and quick, great option. We like our wings more crispy. The chocolate cake and garlic bites are really good.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Food was ready at a very quick as I ordered just before 4. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a very welcoming young lady that gave me everything I ordered, nice and hot. First time ordering at this location and will most certainly not be my last. I spent $28.06 and got a 14 inch hand tossed cheese pizza, 14 inch Ny style with pepperoni, and 8 garlic parm wings. I’m happy with the price to calorie ratio for sure. It’s probably the best pizza deal in town. The pizza itself doesn’t compare to some of the local shops, but it’s good for what it is (franchise pizza). The wings had a surprisingly good taste to them, but they’re way too soggy to be appetizing (which I kind of expected tbh). I could really only stand to eat one of them, and the kids ate the rest. If they had a better texture they’d be really good though. 4 out of 5 stars for the pizza being decent for the category of pizza it’s in and the price point. Many coupons to choose from in the app. This will probably be my go to pizza place until inflation is under control or income catches up to inflation. ✌️

My fiancé and I ordered 2 medium pan made pizzas, I ordered one with extra cheese, extra black olives and normal mushrooms. I waited over 30mins for delivery and I live 12mins away. But the reason I’m the most upset, is because after waiting that long my pizza showed up with practically no cheese at all, just dough with the toppings, and barely any sauce. My man ordered his pizza and it was barely warm and had barely any sauce on it as well. Very frustrated that we wasted almost $50 on pizzas we won’t be eating. Had to order on papa John’s just now because I never have this much of an issue with them.

I was charged twice and when I called to speak with a manager in regards to the double charge, he was unhelpful, condescending and arrogant. As a frequent customer (Mostly business functions and ordering from this exact location) I was disgusted. He was upset because after him telling me there’s nothing he could do and he didn’t know when I would receive a call and refusing to give me the GMs name he stated ” I have customers and I’m tired of repeating myself to you, I can’t help you” as If I’m not a customer who might I add tipped gracefully….He lacks qualifications to be deemed a manager of any sort and I will take this to corporate……. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION IN CLERMONT IF YOU WANT 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE….
