This is the second attempt and both times were bad experiences. I normally don’t leave reviews, as I know mistakes happen-BUT this deserved one. First time was a pickup order where I sat at the drive thru window for almost 15 minutes without a single word as people continued to walk back and forth and see me and say nothing. One of my pizzas was missing half of the toppings and I had to drive all the way back to the store for another pizza versus being given a refund. Tonight’s order was even worse-delivery this time and missing a pizza. I called the first time and was told oops he is on his way back with it now sorry. Second time I was told he just left again with the remade pizza. An hour later and nothing (I live 5 minutes away). I called a third time and they had no idea where the pizza or driver was. I asked for a refund and was put on hold for 15 minutes for the manager to offer no explanation at all or apology just “Ok I will refund the pizza”. I asked why I was told multiple times someone was on the way with the missing pizza and he said he didn’t know and that was all.

I had reached out to corporate and the email provided in the review response and have heard nothing back from anyone.
I ordered a pizza without bacon. I got home and cut the pizza and noticed bacon. When I called the person on the phone argued with me that the pizza doesn’t come with bacon. Great, but you put bacon on the pizza. She then puts me on hold and tells me the manager made time pizza themselves and didn’t put bacon on it. See my photo of the bacon. I am completely understanding of mistakes, however, to argue with me and call me a liar and refuse to remake the pizza is really poor customer service.

Mold. Ordered a sandwich and it was covered in mold on the bottom. Did not find out until taking a bite. Spent 15 miniatures puking my brains out. Called store manager John and he dismissed the mold and claimed it was just flower. No John this is mold. Also took an hour to arrive.

Every time I order a thin crust, it comes way overcooked. There is no existence of sauce because it’s so overcooked. Don’t order a thin crust unless you want overcooked pizza. Sure, I ate it because I don’t like wasting food but it was horrible.

I placed an order two hours before closing and still hadn’t received it as the store was about to shut down. I called 10 minutes before they closed to check the status, and the young man who answered gave me a sarcastic attitude, saying, “Well, you ordered it pretty late.” I reminded him it had been two hours since I placed the order, and his tone only got worse. At that point, I asked to cancel the order entirely due to his disrespectful attitude.
I will never eat at this Domino’s again. Even if a manager offered to make it right, I wouldn’t trust the food coming from this location. Based on the behavior of the staff, I genuinely fear they would tamper with it. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered pan pizza extra pepperoni. Showed up with no toppings or cheese within 3 inches of edges. Had them make it again and it was barely closer to edges plus no extra pepperoni. Will never order here again.
