Cashier was so rude. I had a large order and he didnt offer to help at all. Help me carry it out? Nope. Ask to hold the door open for me? Nope. He, however, had zero issues helping the next customer carry out her one singular pizza while I was struggling to carry out 10. I wont order from them again. Little Cesars is just as close so they can have my business next time. Pizza did taste good but customer service is what keeps people coming back

To keep it simple, there is a manager who I asked the cashier about named “Curtis”? I do believe..
I was waiting upfront for my order to finish and he replied disrespectfully to his employee over something very simple. I believe his driver was needing change and I only know this because he belittled his driver so loudly to where the restaurant heard it!! It’s domino’s responsibility to provide change if drivers received a big bill and are needing smaller ones. This manager does not have the qualifications to be a leader if he can’t speak to others correctly as well as complaining over a role he was given. I should not have heard a tantrum and another person talked down on when I am picking up food for my family. That young man was just doing his job.

I gave this place 5 stars but if it was based per employee I would give it one star because the manager Curtis is a horrible manager. I heard him speaking terribly to an employee and for something so minute. His customer service is terrible too. This guy should just be fired. I’ve been thinking of going to a different domino’s just because of this guy. He’s annoying rude to everybody and even his employees. I hope somebody important at Domino’s who can do something about this guy reads this.

Honestly disappointed! Dominos has always been quick and their food has always been good but this Dominos is a disaster. They are very slow and last order. I’ve waited an hour and a half for them to show up. I’ve decided to give them another try curbside, which should be quick and I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes! Just disappointed

After a disappointing trip where I threw away half my pizza and commented on the fb page, the manager called me back today and they offered to remake my pizza. Let me say….although disappointed the first time around this remake was phenomenal. And the customer service has won us as full time customers. Thank you for making it right even though I know it was a baking issue and not done purposely. We appreciate it!

I placed a large order for delivery however the driver mixed up my delivery order which I believe was a honest mistake! I called to have my order remade and I went to the store to pick it up. LC the manager was exceptional! He made the order himself and also gave me a free soda and brownies for my kids along with my next order being free!!!! The customer service he provided was outstanding!!! I’ll definitely be back again!!

Let me first say that the online ordering process was a nightmare as the site kept glitching and looping me back to earlier steps which had already been completed. Upon delivery, the pizza was not at all what was ordered. I called to ask for a replacement which I was even willing to go pick up. I was told by snarky employee that he cannot control the website and it is what it is. I asked for a replacement and he told me that it was my own fault for not double checking my order prior to paying on the site. It did double check my order but something was definitely wrong on the website. If they cannot control their website, how do they expect customer to control it? Very condescending and rude! I order approximately $100 week in pizza from that location. Will NEVER spend another dime at this location on US19 and apple-gate!

Best Domino’s location we’ve ever had! Not skimpy with toppings! Ingredients are much fresher then other locations. Keep up the outstanding work to those great employees!! Good employees are hard to find! This location definitely has a good crew and good management! Never liked their red sauce but being it wasn’t sour n old like other locations it was actually pretty decent. My other pies had white sauces but one got red sauce n wasn’t disappointed!!
