Best deal on pizza anywhere as far as I’m concerned. Staff friendly, polite, and professional. Trainees gave us wrong pizza so they immediately made another and gave to us another free. Highly recommend.

If no stars was an option than that is what this location deserves. I ordered thru their app at 530pm The app said my order was ready at 546pm. After arriving at 6pm I was told that the order was not ready. After waiting and asking when it would be ready I was informed that they were working on it. They never made my order. I was told by the employee that they were not making online orders at 645pm. At 730 I asked again when my order would be ready as I was there in person & ordered 2 hours ago. I was then told by the female employee that they did not care. I left. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you Domino’s Brooksville for refusing to serve me and informing me that you don’t care. Apparently the staff at this location do not understand how business works – great job on customer service and retention. For anyone thinking of ordering Domino’s in Brooksville, please remember that they have verbally declared that they only make the orders they want to & don’t care about anyone else.

Staff is unprofessional. Likes to cut off customers talking over the phone. When I was asking about there locations delivery to my home by “Door Dash” or “Uber Eats” was not available and if that was a mistake setting in there system since they are 9 miles away from my house, but yet Pizza Villa that is 14.3 miles away will deliver to my place? Staff said “oh well sorry”.

I just had the worst pizza from this facility. No sause, no taste and cooked till burnt. Don’t know what happened but very disappointed in my order. Will hesitate from ordering here again. In the past have gotten good pizza. ☹️

If you want your order to include a burnt pizza and your order wrong then please go here. Oh and don’t bother asking the “manager” DJ for resolution because he will offer you a credit back to only use at the same location that you got the initial garbage from. Even though the money I paid is not only restricted to that one location but I digress.
Please drive a little further and order from the County Line location because they have NEVER DISAPPOINTED.

$55 for 1 large and 1 medium pizza and they were so very overcooked and delivered cold. I’ve never been so grossed out by pizza. Delivery driver was greasy and sloppy with her pants falling off and extended the pizzas to me with one arm with her head turned away from me. So bizarre. And can someone enlighten me on what these brown blobs are all over my pizza? This Dominos location needs to get it together.

The Google review will not allow me to post my comment without at least giving the restaurant one star. They do not deserve any stars!!! I did curbside delivery tonight and they placed the two large pizzas in the backseat as requested; as such, I was unable to verify the order. Upon arrival home (12 miles), we were most disappointed as the pizzas were burnt!!!! We called the local store and expressed our concerns. Unfortunately, there was no resolution and the manager, Anita, actually hung up on us. This was the first time that we had ordered Domino’s since moving out to this area 3 1/2 years ago and we will not be doing it again!!!!!!

Ordered online, curbside pick up pizza. It was full of onions! I didn’t order onions and I don’t each onions. I called and had them remake a pizza without onions. They did, but forgot to put the cheese blend I ordered on it. I asked if they could just put the cheese on it and I’ll take it like that. The girl responded she would have to make me another one, she couldn’t serve a raw ingredient. I told her I didn’t have time and left. I get home, the pizza is doughy and sides are uncooked. I agree with the last post. Unsanitary, food prep with no gloves, no washing hands. Stop to take a phone order, then take someone’s cash for pickup and go right back making pizza.
