Always shopped at this location and never had a issue until dealing with Tristan. Very rude young guy and have communication issues, he also overcharged me on a cash transaction; not sure if it was accidental or intentional. I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza and when I got my order it had peppers on it. When I ordered I asked for my receipt and they said I would get it when my order was ready. Waited 20 minutes and got my order and lo and behold I did not get a receipt. Went on a Thursday evening around 8 so it really wasn’t that busy for them to mess up like that.

Worst domino’s I’ve ever been too. Unprofessionalism was terrible ordered a pizza over the phone for delivery 2 min from my apartment at 530 still didn’t have it at 645 after giving my address twice to the woman with the specific appt. # had to give the card # 3x due to the incompetence of the woman over the phone taking it. After waiting that long I called the store to find out where my order was and was told after providing my address and phone number there was no order made the. Was rudely hungup on to then I call back fumming because I have a now starving child to be talked to rudely and hungup on again then I call back again to find out they aren’t taking any calls. No mam I paid for a pizza I did not receive you can’t just take people’s money and not deliver food with a child involved and expect someone to not be upset. Went to the store to then be told there was no order made after showing I paid for it and had the receipt on my bank of America app. Then was talked to in the most unprofessional manner cussing hollering acting a fool. Will not be back and will make sure others are not also!!!!

I placed an order today via the automated phone system and paid for my order with this system as well. My order was for 4 large pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks, and 1 small pizza. I was in a bit of a hurry when I placed my order and I didn’t check to make sure my order was correct. Upon arrival to my destination I realized that I did not have my 4th large pizza. I called to see if I could get a partial refund for the pizza I was missing and the gentleman who answered my call was very polite and redirected me to his manager (the woman I saw when I picked up my order). She promptly offered multiple solutions and we ultimately decided to have the single pizza delivered to where I was going to be the remainder of the day. I was unable to leave again to go back to pick it up and she was accommodating, apologetic, and very helpful. I will definitely be a customer of this location again. Kudos to this manager for working to put her customers first in a world where every business is short staffed. Great job and thank you! Whatever Dominos is paying this manager probably isn’t enough. Regrettably I didn’t have cash on me to leave a tip, so I hope that this review reaches senior management and she is recognized for her efforts.
