I’ve been ordering Pizza from this location. For over 15 years, at least once to 3 times a week my order history is tremendous there. they have messed up our food order So many times when I asked talk to the manager, Tom, he became very nasty with me. And unprofessional, on the phone. He now refuses service to me and is nasty to me Every time I get on the phone he says he knows exactly who I am. But he really doesn’t know me. Me and my family can no longer order. Dominoes from this location. All because of one angry manager. Whoever the owner is of this franchise. I hope you see this and have a talk with Tom. Maybe give him a class on professional Business skills. He tries to make the customer angry enough to come into the store to do something crazy. He has to realize the world that we live in Today is not safe. And Tom, if you see this, choose your words wisely. Corporate has been contacted.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s location several times before and never had a problem — until last night. I ordered pizza and bread bites, and as soon as I bit into the bread bites, I knew something was wrong. They were sour, and within minutes I was vomiting. My stomach doesn’t play when it comes to bad food.
Selling spoiled food is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. I expect a full refund for this order — not a credit, not an excuse. A refund.
If I do not receive a proper response within 24 to 48 hours, I will have no problem contacting the health department to report this incident. Food safety is not something to play with. Domino’s, do better.

Horrible delivery experience. I placed an order that included a garden salad when it was delivered it was clearly expired and even had mushy lettuce. I called and spoke to the manager who suggested a credit on a future order. Which would mean I wouldn’t have dinner. I told them I would like for them to bring another one. They say it would take at least an hour. I decided to wait for another to be delivered. When I finally get the salad it’s not even a garden salad but instead a chicken Caesar. I call and speak to another manager and he proceeds to tell me that was the only kind they had that wasn’t expired. Would have been nice to know that because I would have chosen not to wait an hour for the wrong salad. Very poor customer service, if the employee getting the order ready would have been paying attention this would not have happened and I could have eaten the food I ordered. Very poor management.

An extremely rude staff is what you have to look forward to if you unfortunately have to call the store, after speaking with them, you’ll probably come to the idea quickly that if their customer service training is this lacking, well the food and restaurant sanitation quality etc probably follows suit. Plus, as far as the pizza and food it’s Domino’s. So it’s basically a Totino’s Pizza from Walmart delivered to your door for 5x times as much. Basically pro tip: the smart money person will order from Little Ceasars pizza instead, and i’m not a fan of either pizza place.

First time ordering here at 9 pm & it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Domino’s! I was so close to giving up on the chain because normally it comes wet, uncut, not enough toppings, etc. Not here! It came super hot, cut really good, lots of pepperoni. The entire time I ate I just couldn’t believe it was a Domino’s. It tasted amazing & was the perfect pizza all around! And the bread was super cheesy & hot. This place is doing it right, keep it up please!

This is the baked marinana I received today. It felt light when I got it and I should have opened it up and checked it there. There was barely anything in the tin. This is the amount that I was able to scrape up from the bottom. Seriously? Who thought this was acceptable? It wasn’t worth driving back to get a replacement. However, it will prevent from going back to this location in the future.

The drivers never read the instructions and they get upset when they aren’t in the right spot or cant find you. Its as easy as reading or actually calling the number in the instructions for you
