Had a hard time figuring out between 1 or 2 stars. The pizza wasn’t too bad but very greasy. The brownies were absolutely the greasiest take out of all time. I mean anything not just brownies. It was like someone took a paintbrush and saturated the wax paper and seeping into box as well. Extremely disappointed.

I arrived at Dominos around 5:30pm on Wednesday August 20th 2025. I immediately had my order taken, however I had to repeat my order 4 times and the clerk had to ask a fellow employee to help him take my order. For the 5th time I had given my order and this time I actually felt like my order was going to be completed properly. As I waited with my daughter in the lobby I observed several health code violations. The female employee on the pizza line was not wearing gloves and had prepared and touched multiple ingredients including raw dough, raw meat and raw veggies. Not once did she wash her hands and or put gloves on. At one point I witnessed her pick a wedgy, scratch her nose and then go right back to touching pizza toppings with her bare hands. When I informed the counter employee that she had not been wearing gloves he replied with “we sterilize all of our utensils”. I’m sorry, but I’ve been an executive Chef for 6 years and have worked in the food service industry for 20+ years. There’s no way I would ever allow my employee to touch multiple food items without wearing and or changing gloves. This place is guaranteed to get you sick. Cross contamination is rampant throughout the entire kitchen/food prep area. I understand they are a “fast food” restaurant when it comes to pizza, but even the McDonald’s and Gas station employees wear gloves when preparing food.

Just average maybe even below average if I consider quality of food, price and service as an overall idea of the place. The taste of my pizza was very off. My husband said it made his stomach hurt after 2 slices. I wouldn’t return I can get Italian pizza at Tony’s on the Forum in Fort Myers for about the same price and individual there that are doubled in size for a very good price and taste so amazing. I just wanted a quick pickup for dinner as I was getting home late. I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived and still was sitting outside waiting for my order to be ready about 10-12 more minutes! Crazy.

So this particular Domino’s won’t deliver an order for more than $50 without prepayment. They cite the reason is, that they have been taken advantage of by people placing orders over $50 and not having all the money once they arrive with the order. Why must everyone in the town suffer for that when they can simply add a note next to the addresses that have done that to them and deny service? This is supposedly the store owner’s policy, according to the assistant manager that I spoke with about it. It didn’t prevent me from making my order over $50. I simply placed 2 orders and they went through with no problem. Unfortunately, I was charged 2 delivery charges of $3.99, even though both orders arrived with one driver. Makes me wonder if the owner doesn’t have an alternate reason for imposing this policy, $$$. Most of the people in this town aren’t able to afford this extra delivery charge, therefore the delivery drivers will be the ones that suffer the most from this type of policy, since the majority of the tip is now going to the owner as a second delivery charge. What did this policy prevent? I still got my order over $50, and the owner got another delivery charge. Seems like a win-win situation for the owner of this particular franchise. I’ve uploaded a photo of my receipts as proof of this.
