I am having a problem with only the marble cookie brownie. This is the second time we have ordered this and it has came to us raw. We picked it up. My husband asked to make sure that it was not raw and was told that it is good judge for yourself for me way too raw once again & I can’t eat it Until I continue baking it at home. The rest of my order was very good.

Couldn’t be bothers to cut either of the 2 pizza/ I ordered. Running a presumably dull cutter through just the cheese and not the bread is pretty pointless. As the picture shows I can pick up the whole pizza pie by just holding a single slice!
Reached out to dominos and corporate promised a quick follow-up from the franchisee or their staff…. But I guess their employees aren’t the only one who couldn’t be bothered because it’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. With all the Domino’s in the area not to mention pizza places in general, it won’t be hard for me to find an alternative. But I’m certainly not going to shop from a restaurant where neither the employees nor their leadership seem to have any care for quality or follow through.

This was my 1st and last order at this location. It was a waste of my time and money placing an order. They gave me what they wanted to give me. Their online ordering system needs to be tweaked. The original time for pickup was from 30 to 58 mins. (wow) Once the online clock started it was about 15-20 minutes and the status bar filled the screen with a report that the “order was complete”. Their original estimated time was more close to reality, the status bar was being operated from a different universe. I sat in my vehicle watching delivery drivers come and go. There were two customers who actually went into the store. Each wearing masks, but they went in. Twice. And neither came out with any packages either time. Based on what I received, not receiving any food items from this location would have been a blessing. In this scenario, the only thing that was correct was the “Placed Order” time clock. All of this happened in a span of an hour!

We were surprised when a friend come with pizza from Domino’s. Since then we’ve stopped in and ordered pizza on the spot. Had great service and delicious pizzas. A week ago we decided to have pizza delivered. Said it would be 25 minutes. It took an hour +. They apologized with Reward points for a free pizza that you had to order through their APP. We did that last night. It said it would take 38-40 minutes, so we didn’t race to go pick it up. Only to find it only took 10 minutes so the pizza was on the downside by the time we got home with it. Also it wasn’t the pizza that thought I ordered on the APP. It was good just not what we were expecting. I guess the only way to get a good pizza is to order it at Domino’s and wait for it.

Terrible experience!! We ordered 2 pizzas and we called after 50 minutes of not being delivered to the worker saying “What do you want, we are busy.” as soon as they answered the phone. Then they proceeded to say it will be delivered in 15 minutes. After 20 more minutes of waiting, we called back and they said the pizza was delivered but we did not receive anything. We asked for a refund and they said “we cancelled the order and you will get your money back eventually.” We asked for the name of the worker and then they hung up the phone. Very rude over the phone and never received our pizza!!

I ordered online the store is less than a block from my house (I asked for contactless delivery) all they had to do was drive over and drop it off, 1 hour later pizza tracker said it was delivered, it never was the driver never even drove by my house, I have a huge window and no one came up, when I called them and some extremely rude person, who couldn’t care less about providing any type of customer service, and should not be dealing with customers to begin with, told me they would send it back out, when I asked why wasn’t my delivery just dropped off per instructions, He said I have no idea, and I then stated that it had been too long to bring it all back out, that it would be cold by now and I was really unhappy, the response was then you card has been refunded and he literally hung up on me. I’m really upset that this is how they are behaving and treating people, I will make sure that this domino’s (on Cortez) is one that I never deal with again, I’m truly disgusted at the total lack of concern by the people in this store. Really awful customer service here!! As soon as I posted this, I received an automatic response from Domino’s telling me to write them my suggestions on how they can improve, my money did get refunded and my order was delivered anyway, I guess that’s something, however I am still not happy with the way I was treated or with how my food was, and will not be ever ordering from here again. It’s like they have unsupervised children running the place ( or idiots are running things)

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!! we ordered our pizza and waited an hour and finally called the place and the people on the phone were extremely rude and they literally answered the phone and said “what do you want we are busy” and then they transfered us to someone else to figure out where the pizzas were and the lady was very rude even though we waited a very long time. we waited 30 more minutes and they said the pizzas were never coming because it was delivered to the weong door which is okay i get it mix ups happen but they were very very rude about it and they hung up on us when we were simply asking for a refund respectfully. we called back and someone else answered and we asked for a refund and then they said calm down you will get the redund eventually and them when we asked for his name he hung up. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
