l ordered ahead with a pick up of 2 hours later a pizza and Chicken Caesar Salad.
I waited outside till the app said it was done. When I walked into the store they said they had no salads. But my pizza was ready and they would owe me a chicken Caesar salad??
At home I had a person who was expecting a salad. If they had called me and said no salads I could have stopped at a store to get one. Now I have a hot pizza and no salad. Len the manager apologized and agreed she should have called me. She said to come back anytime and “I will replace this entire order” Remember I never got a chicken caeaser salad but I did pay for it. I agreed and left the store with a pizza. I called her back later to verify this and she agreed again to give me my salad and gift me a pizza for the trouble. A week later I called to order this salad
and complimentary pizza and I was treated very rudely by manager Scott who said there was nothing written about this just about the salad and he would only “give me a salad” Scott is not actually giving me anything I paid for the salad and never received it. But he made me feel horrible the way he spoke to me like I owed him something. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager Len to call me and she never did. So I called the area district manager. He was very nice and professional he listened and agreed with me the manager should have called me to say they had no salads,we are all local.
I will try to get my pizza and salad tomorrow with a side of no attitude please! Make a promise to a customer write it down in their profile and honor it. It’s a better business idea not to make customers feel bad for collecting and getting the salad they are paid for and are owed and a pizza replacement for this trouble. Competition is brutal
