I just left this Domino’s and am shocked by the rude and disrespectful customer service I experienced from Robert. The only reason I went there in the first place was because they delivered the wrong pizza last week, so we called to redeem the free pizza we were offered.
My friend clearly ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese, but Robert rushed her off the phone and refused delivery. When I picked up the pizza, it was wrong again. When I pointed this out, Robert immediately became defensive and told me, “No, I just talked to your friend — you need to call her,” instead of addressing the issue.
Having worked in the restaurant industry for five years, I was appalled by how I was spoken to. When the corrected pizza was ready, he practically threw it across the counter and said “Here you go” in a snide, angry tone, as if the repeated mistakes were my fault.

Wow!! Picked up take out order and was behind an elderly gentleman with a walker. Clearly unstable on his feet. He asked if there was a place to sit down while he waited for his order. Unfortunately, there is no seating area but James, the young man working, quickly went into the back and wheeled out an office chair. He so kindy helped the gentleman sit down. Renews my faith in humanity in our younger generation. Come on Domino’s….. recognize James for his good deed and great compassion!!

Went to pickup pizza and arrived at the later end of the estimated pickup time. After standing inside the store for 15 minutes with about a dozen other people in the same holding pattern, a worker called my name and handed me three pizzas. I left thinking to myself “never again” but little did I know that a few minutes down the road I would learn that my wife’s order was for six pizzas. After turning around and driving back to the store, I arrived to another round of chaos unfolding on more unsuspecting customers. I stood there waiting to grab the attention of one of the workers while the understaffed team frantically attempted to fulfill orders and right wrongs. I finally received the rest of the pizzas and happy to exit what had emerged as something of a pizza warzone. Bottom line: this store simply could not handle the volume of orders it received this evening. It might be OK for ordering during the week, but unless or until they hire some additional help, buyer beware of ordering from this store on the weekend.

Great service and friendly. Pizza was worst I ever had. Hardly no cheese and very little sauce. All you could taste was garlic from crust. Refuse to pay extra for sauce or cheese that should already be on pizza. Will not order from this location again.
