Paid $17.74 for a one topping large pizza before I realized they had a managers special written on their chalk board that included two large pizzas with two toppings for $11.99 each. When I questioned it after my purchase the employees informed me (with attitude) that if I wanted the special I needed to ask for it. IMO it should be standard good business practice for the employees to offer to the customer the managers special if it’d
save the customer some $$. We won’t be going back to Dominos for pizza.

Once again, I have a free pizza on my profile so I called the store this afternoon to get my pizza after going to three different people a young man sounding like he was from Jamaica got on the phone asking me who gave the authority for me to have a free pizza I said it was one of your managers that put that on my profile he told me unless I could come up with the managers name. He was not going to stand behind us that only managers can add this to my profile. I ask him to speak to a manager. He said no one was in the store that he called everyone I find that hard to believe also, he’s acting like I’m trying to rob him. I never called myself and offered myself for free pizza. this happens at the store a lot it seems to be mismanaged or too many chiefs and not enough Indians. I’m highly disappointed. I order from here often. I spent quite a bit of money over the years.
I hope this can be rectified. I did ask for a manager to call me back, but he did not act like he was going to pass that onto a manager. He just said have a nice day and hung up on me once once again quality customer service I don’t understand a week ago. I got a pizza from here I hope somebody can help me with this. I’m just over having stuff on my profile and then when I try to use it, I’m turned away or belittled anyone ordering from here beware get names positions and dates of when people call you because if you get one of these other kids on the phone they will not stand behind what’s on your profile.

Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected. I ordered 2 pizzas and some boneless chicken wings. The pizza they got wrong happened to be the large one that was a specialty pizza, but instead, I got a large pizza with mushrooms. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong pizza, so I called them and told them about it. This is not a big deal for me, but the way the employees acted about the situation was not right. lt took them around 10 minutes to answer the phone, and they said they would replace it. Once I got to Domino’s, the employees were messing around in the back with the pizza tossed to the side with half the toppings not on it that I ordered and the employee did not seem like they wanted to prepare it and they were also talking really loudly about how they did not believe me and were calling me a liar and laughing. I offered to show them what was wrong after I heard them talking about it, but they did not want to see it and said they believed me even though I knew what the employee said was a lie. There were a lot of people working there, and none of them seemed to care about it. They were all acting very immature about the situation. Some of the employees even walked out of the store during the whole situation, probably to talk even more about it. I have never experienced this before, but this will probably be my last time ordering from here. This was very inconvinient to me to have to go back just for them to think this is some kind of joke. I used to order my pizza all the time here, and now the employees are rude, so I will not be returning. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment.

The pizzas were great and full of flavor. The order was done correctly and on time for pickup. It was a large order and the associates were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Ordered some pizza and wings for a couple co workers last day at our Store. 3 pepperoni pizzas 3 orders of wings and a couple 2 liters. The delivery girl brought the pizza and had a vacant look on her face and an “I hate my job” attitude when she dropped off the pizza. Opened the boxes to find 3 cheese pizzas no pepperoni. Called to see if I could get the order fixed was told by the manager, who also had a very monotone “hate my job” tone of voice that they could send 3 new pizzas out but that it would probably be 45 min to an hour wait because they are short on drivers. Or they could leave me with the wrong order and give me a refund. I’m not usually 1 to stress because mistakes happen, but it just seems like if it’s gunna take an hour to fix your mistake there would be some way to compensate for the inconvenience. Kinda rained on our “going away party” parade for these co workers

I paid 36 dollars for 2 medium 2 topping pizza and just from the purchase I am not satisfied. When I paid I say a said. Saying 12 dollar large pizza. And the person who took my order did not even try to save me some money. I did not like my purcahse.

I dont usually have any problems with my local Dominos their service is fast, friendly, and (my biggest peeve) accurate. I more often than not order the same thing “extra cheese double bacon” sometimes with onions and peppers. Today it was light on bacon with normal cheese. Disappointed
