When I received the pizza it was horrible and didn’t look appetizing. Yes the order was correct but yuck. The cheese was all over the box including the lid. I would not recommend this location for pizza. I wish I could put a zero star. I used to love ordering from dominos, but not after this experience.

So to preface this, I was stuck at work and had to pick up the pizza 36 minutes after it was ready. Anyways, I get there. I told him two possible names it could be under. He says it’s not there. He has a similar name, but it’s not mine and it was already picked up. I let him know the order was ready 36 minutes ago, but I was stuck at work. He then continues to tell me it’s not there and I verified with him the address I ordered pick up from and he said “yes that’s us” – I even told him twice what I ordered because he said he might be able to find it in the system. He had NO luck apparently. I then proceed to show him my order history. The order at the top obviously dated today, August 23 2025 being the current order. He must have physically scrolled on my phone to the date underneath of it, May 8 an PREVIOUS order and said oh you ordered it at this location not us. I walked out after saying thank you because “oops I read it wrong”. As I’m walking out, I double checked my app and sure enough I was correct. I am at the right place I had already verified with him that this address was the address my order showed. So I walked back in and let him know that he had made a mistake. Finally, he finds my pizza -“we thought nobody was gonna pick it up” He said. while I’m here and I already let you know I was late to picking it up in hopes that helped him find it and I apologize for that. Rude service, even when the employee was arrogantly wrong. I’m really not the person to do reviews, but the fact that he decided to throw his hands up in the air and obviously station shit when I walked out kind of got to Me. Never coming here again even though it’s the most convenient dominoes close to my job. I’d rather drive 30+ minutes away, he was rude the entire time acting like I was stupid or something and I kept my smile. Newsflash you were the one who messed up, buddy. “What about your blue cheese” keep it, you obviously were hoping yall could eat my food from a “no-show”.

We order from domino’s almost once a week.
Last night we ordered for the super bowl. Luckily our little one asked who was here. I look out the window to see them pulling out. I walked down and sure enough it was our pizza. Left on the ground at the wrong place. We have “back apartment” for extra directions. When no one answered the door I don’t know why they didn’t call to confirm the location.
I understand they were busy but you don’t leave food on the ground and split.

The help needs to be trained to resolve customer issues. I had company coming this evening who are vegatarians so I was happy when I could redeem 20 points for breadbites which I THOUGHT I did but apparently it didn’t go through when placed on my laptop. When it was missing from my order I mentioned it and the little girl behind the counter said it needed to go through the app and wanted me to pull it up. When I said it was at home she did nothing though I was OBVIOUSLY very irritated. When I asked for a manager’s phone number she said she wasn’t allowed to give it out. It’ll be a cold day in Florida when I go back to Dominoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered plenty of times and received undercooked pizza, dough in the middle was undercooked, stringy and chewy. My order was never considered ever though it was before closing. Please do better.

Due to an emergency visit to the hospital we needed to eat and thought of Domino’s because it was close and quick food right? Wrong. We were greeted just fine, contemplated what we wanted and opted for a “manager special” we recieved 4 out if the 5 toppings on the large pizza. The Mac and cheese was the biggest disappointment. It literally had 12 noodles, burnt and you could see the pan. It was a toddler serving at best. We asked how much does this mac and cheese contain and the whole staff wad offended. We walked back to the table and continued to eat and let politely. As we exit 2 females yell that they’re making a new dish, we never asked or begged for one. They also never said they were making it until we walked out. They yelled that we were rude and we didn’t even say thank you, we did. I’ll never give them a dollar again!

This location is awful, they smoke vapes while on the line in the kitchen. They have a delivery driver that steals from customers adding tips that you never added to your order. Awful location. It always smells like cigarettes and all the staff absolutely know nothing about what they are doing.
