we got a delivery from this Domino’s. They didn’t even make my sandwich and then told me that they were busy and couldn’t deliver the sandwich and that we would have to come up and get it. They expected us not to come and get it so they didn’t even start making it until we were already here and didn’t give us a refund on our delivery and the manager on duty was in their talking crap about us because we wanted a refund on the delivery

10-14-25 order 1 small pizza at 5:08 pm, got the text at 5:40 pm that the pizza left store. At 5:53 app said that food was delivered (it was Not ) I called store and was told that the driver drove past my house! And would bt there shortly. The person on the line didn’t care and acted like I was no big deal. (Mind you I live 5 minutes away) ..So 8 minutes later pizza still haven’t arrived. I called store again and was told that driver would be there any minute. Driver showed up while on the phone (he was very lost n confused and well couldn’t speak English) pizza is very cold and none eatable. I told the person on the phone my pizza would be cold bcs it left the store soo long ago .. he’s reply was “oh it want be cold it’s in a bag” .. food left store at 5:40 and arrived at 6:10.. this store use to be Awsome unfortunately it’s gone down hill.. very sad.. Please do better!

I don’t like to write these types of reviews, but today I have to leave the most negative review possible due to the horrible experience redeeming coupons and the terrible customer service from the staff.
I’ve always been a loyal Domino’s customer, but today that’s about to change. I’ve often had issues with some orders, but nothing that would make me lose my patience. Things happen eventually.
My wife and I tried to redeem coupons, but for some reason the order didn’t go through. We didn’t receive any emails, which seemed odd. The app even let us know the order would be delivered by a certain time. When we arrived, we found no desire from the staff to help us, no effort, and no concern for our attention. This store should be paying attention to its customers, not the crappy service we received today.

THEY DID IT PERFECTLY THUS TIME!
We order each week, once a month i order thin crust, extra garlic Parmesan (bc cheese) with meat. But what I always get is a super dried, burnt cracker with overcooked meat. I know they know it when they put it in the box,so I know it’s my last order. The first two times it was perfect after that, it’s like cardboard. Pass.

If I could give less than one star, that would be great.
The worst fast food service I’ve ever encountered. They leave you standing there like you’re just another piece of furniture in the store, walking past you when you’re asking them a question.
You practically have to use sign language because they don’t even open their lips. They give you the same pointless explanations… “that they don’t know anything.” If they don’t know how to serve and respond to the public, they should do something else. I wish they’d hire better staff, because this garbage doesn’t deserve to be called customer service.

My wife and I came through drive thru today and got 2 pizzas, dominos has great deals in the paper right now. The young lady was very nice and polite. Then you all need to figure out how to do electric tips in drive thru. I know the inside has it available. We didn’t have any cash on us. But she definitely earned it, pretty sure she was the one that took the order as well.

Normally pretty good pizza. We had delivery a few times but there seemed to always be an issue like the driver took too many deliveries and by the time we got ours it was cold. Even had the wrong order delivered and waited an additional hour for a fix. So we drive to the pick up window and avoid delivery, haven’t had any issues with that. Staff is friendly and it’s made super quick.

This particular Domino’s franchise has been falling in quality…and fast! I used to think I could order an okay pizza from them because it was cheap enough to offset the ridiculous delivery fees they add on. Unfortunately this store location has fallen so far in quality that I feel better getting a Digiorno frozen pizza from Publix. My last order in which I ordered a “deep dish” with extra pepperoni and extra cheese was beyond pathetic and a total rip off! The only thing worse was the so called stuffed cheesy bread that appeared to have had a few issues in the oven….

OMG I hate Domino’s! EXCEPT for this store, (or maybe, to be fair, the new menu items). The NY style is a winner! And the price can’t be beat. This store is very well run, clean, and to-the-minute timeline estimates of your order. The pizza was VERY VERY good, I must say! Thank you
