All I have to share are good experiences with this Domino’s. I have been FANATIC follower of Pizza Hut ALL OF MY LIFE. But I tried this Domino’s ONE TIME and I’ve been coming back every week once a week for the last 6 months straight. They’re very fast, very courteous, and always provide me a very good product. Give these guys a try. You’ll be glad you did.

Recently I had a very bad experience with a domino’s in Lakeland. Who did not even seem to know how their own systems. When they told me something that I felt was off. I contacted this Domino’s of Shepherd road. I spoke to a manager named Cody. Now that is what a manger is. He was knowledgeable, caring, listened to my situation and after all that. He took on the responsibility of the other domino’s. He told me we just want to make it right and I will personally see to it myself. Leadership makes or breaks as establishment. In just one day I witnessed both bad and good leaders. I have reviewed them accordingly. Cody thanks for going over and beyond! You and your team are top notch!

Ordered one pizza with tomatoes and garlic but they made it with the same toppings as the other pizza. Waste of money since I only like pizza with tomatoes it’s not worth driving back to wait for another. The receipt shows they did have knowledge of what should have been on the pizza.

My pizza was pepperoni/chicken/beef and bbq sauce.. The person that was “helping me” had an attitude and did not review my receipt to grab my drink as well. The pizza I got literally less than 10mins ago is super dry the crust is burnt and the meat looks crazy. This is my 3rd time ordering and I’m done with dominos for good.

Just received our order from the Dominos on Shepherd Rd and there is no sauce at all on the pizzas! We’ve been ordering from this Dominos for years and lately it seems every other order is made incorrectly. Today was only the second time in 8 years I’ve called to complain and there was not a hint of apology for the inconvenience… just ‘my manager says we can remake your order but you have to give the pizzas back’. When I agreed I was told our order would be resubmitted like it’s a new order. Two stars for the orders we’ve received in the past but honestly the horrible customer service, what seems to be an ever changing staff who can’t remember to put sauce on a pizza and being treated like a nuisance because we want sauce on our pizza guarantees our next pizza is coming from Marco’s.
Editing to add that we received replacement pizzas that had sauce on them but one had the wrong toppings. So done with this Dominos.

We’ve gotten pizzas from here for years. They always deliver the pizza hot and delicious. You would have too spend much more to get a better pizza. We get two or three every couple of weeks and have only had two problems in 4 years which they corrected very quickly

Domino’s Pizza at 1709 Shepherd Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811 is a total disaster. They sent our pizza to the wrong address and then flat-out refused to refund us. No apology. No fix. Just rude, dismissive staff who clearly don’t care about their job or their customers.
We were left hungry, out of pocket, and completely ignored. This isn’t just bad service — it’s borderline theft. Feels like they’re running a scam with a Domino’s logo slapped on it.
Stealing from your customers isn’t a business model — it’s a disgrace.
To Domino’s corporate: You need to take a hard look at how this location is being run. This store is dragging your name through the dirt.
