If I could give No Stars in the service I would.
Bad customer service
If you ordered buffalo wings one would think that there is buffalo sauce somewhere attached to those wings even after you asked for extra sauce… Well they came bone dry. Called them up as they are exactly 2 miles away and no one would bring us out the buffalo sauce we ordered.
Bad customer service.
So I took them back. Never offered to remake. Plastered the cold wings with buffalo sauce and handed the cold wings back to me and told me to have a great evening

Stop by this after noon to pick up a bbq pizza no onions extra chicken, and I only write a bad review because they can’t ever get a simple order correct. I’m sure extra chicken is an up charge so I expect mor than a piece or two per slice. The previous two times I ordered they had onions and they weren’t easy to pick out as the cheese is melted on top. I let the cashier know I ordered extra chicken on it and she assured me that was extra sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve purchased this pizza. I don’t expect anything free just what I payed for.

We ordered a medium NY style which is supposed to be 12 inches & we get pizza from here often and instantly noticed that not only was it smaller- but it was 2 separate halves put together. We measured it and it was 9.8 inches. We also waited 45 mins for a cold pizza when we are 10 mins away. And when the driver got closer, it hid the time he left to be later on the app. I called the restaurant and- I think it was the manager who answered- gaslighted us and gave us an attitude into saying it was 12 inches when we literally measured it. DONT GO HERE. GO TO THE ONE ON 98 INSTEAD. Rude scammers.

Hands down the Best California Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza I’ve ever had!! And the service was quick and friendly!!! I love pizza but this was just amazing ,with the garlic crust and good amount of chicken and bacon and ranch…oh man it was Perfect!! Highly recommended .
Also There Memphis BBQ chicken pizza is amazing!!!! It taste like it’s own pizza ,not your typical BBQ chicken Pizza!!

Normally there isn’t an issue however today 6/21/22, There was an issue with what we ordered (no blue cheese or onions on the buffalo sandwich). We reached out to the store hoping to get the messed up sandwich remade. I even offered to bring it back to the store. I was informed by the “manager on duty” that there was no way she would remake the sandwich because I am wrong. And the sandwich was my problem. It’s not like we were looking for a freebie I just wanted my dinner.. Absolutely Disappointed!!

Upcharging for a different sauce or the majority of toppings is wrong, and there is no notice about it until the pizza is in the cart. It has no warning of premium topping. Wth Domino’s we like your pizza but won’t okay the extra charge along with $5.99 delivery and $5+ for the tip. Not worth it for a family.
