Ordered on app and it chose this location as “closest” though I knew it wasn’t. Ordered anyways. Delivery driver was the only good thing about this. He was really nice. However, the pasta had almost no sauce, I may as well have been eating it from a pot after draining the water. No flavor. The chicken Parmesan sandwich was chicken and bread, with a sprinkle of cheese and a couple drops of marinara. Called and they were going to send a remake. Then when I called to find out how much longer, they got rude and told me they couldn’t deliver it because it was “too far” and they weren’t supposed to send it the first time. When I asked how long for the refund so I could eat because I’m diabetic, the reply was “you had other food so you’re not going to be hungry”. I told her the pizzas were other people’s (was at a business) and I just put everything on one order for them. The sandwich was my husband’s. Awful customer service and awful food!

The pizza was loaded with black olives, just as my children requested. The hot chocolate cake was absolutely delicious, and the pasta was great too. Thank you for your delicious food.

This store will look you dead in the eyes and tell you there’s 2.5 oz of steak on a pizza with five visible tiny pieces of steak on an entire large pizza, and not in a nice way. Online it says Dominoes puts it under the cheese but I can assure there wasn’t anymore than what was visible
Pizza looks like it was cut by a three year old, as in the style of off center cut that gives you a slice 3” long and another about the length of the entire pizza.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Beyond the great food and service me and my family had the other night, I happened to leave my wallet behind. I thought it was gone forever. Luckily, the manager Claudia went the extra mile and saw my number on my business card. She reached out to me and told me where my wallet went. I totally had no clue. She did not have to go that extra step. She could have put it away in a safe and it would have never found its way back to me. She saved me so much time, trouble and aggravation. Also, I have some sentimental items in my wallet that I also thought I had lost forever. What an experience! CLAUDIA AND MANAGERS like her she be highly commended. Thanks so much to Domino’s and specifically Claudia at the Ariana St location in Lakeland, Fl!

I had a great experience dining in on 9/4/25..it was my 1st time coming in..I was very impressed w/Andrew store manager who took my order! I was unsure what to get he help make recommendations and the Pizza was exceptional! The store inside was very clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere inside to dine in! Thank you I will be back!

After going to another dominos location I can safely say this is the worst dominos I’ve gotten pizza from. I have very low standards when it comes to dominos, and this location somehow actually made it worth it to drive a little further to another location. The spinach pepperoni pizza is from the Bartow rd location for comparison.

Caucasian female manager was rude as hell, got out of character and then call the police and lied to have me trespass but I wasn’t leaving until I got my refund for them messing up my order and the first place,her name was Allyanna, pizza hut won’t be getting my hard earned money and we will make sure I followers won’t support ever again until she is addressed
