Extremely poor customer service, I placed an order for 2 Pizzas at 9:02pm and it is still under prep at 10:09pm, took me 35 mins to get connected to the store representative and the lady Keisha kept me on hold for another 15 mins for checking the status and disconnected the call!! Called her back and she says it’s going to take another 35 – 45 mins for delivery as they have only 2 drivers!! And to make matters worse, at 10:54pm the status says completed but the order is not delivered to me yet!!! It’s 11:15pm and I’m on hold for last 28 mins to find out where my order is!!! Update at 11:44pm spoke to some manager call Keyton and he was extremely rude over the phone and said that they are now remaking the order!! Few mins later I got a message that my earlier order was cancelled!! This place is pathetic and they don’t value customers at all. They left us hungry!! Would never order from this Dominos again!!

This store reminds me why I go to the other one. Order was marked as delivery on the way for an hour and when I finally called they told me the driver was waiting for another order to be finished. My only question is why update the status to delivery on the way if the diver had no intentions of waiting an hour? I got cold pizza in a smashed box and a cheese bread that was more rubber than anything. Just go to the Twin Brooks store. No one ever answered the phone when I called back and the app doesn’t even take you to customer support. I’m sure this review is pointless because no matter how much you spend Dominos just thinks you only deserve a free medium pizza. Joke of a store.

Great tasting pizza! Fantastic service! I placed my order online and made the mistake of timing, the order placed immediately but we wouldn’t be picking up for over an hour. I called the store and reached a wonderful young man who immediately intervened and changed the prep time. It was ready when promised, hot and delicious! They did a great job!!

Driver brought the wrong order, left for an hour, then came back with my order which had been in the car the whole time. Even though it was supposed to be my order, the order was wrong. The pizza was also cold. She said her manager would refund the order. I contacted the website that said the store would have to take care of it. I called the store and they said I would get a credit and not a refund. Tried to place another order and no credit or refund. I waited and contacted the website again. Again they said the store would handle it. We’ve now banned Dominoes in our house and shared the story with neighbors. Sad can’t get the food or the refund. They just took our money and we got nothing. Obviously won’t order again and the corporate was worthless in helping with the refund.

I waited an hour and 30 minutes for my food to be delivered just for them to cancel my order and claim it was because they couldn’t find my address anytime I order from the same store. I put the exact same address and they find it perfectly. the employee name is Xavier told me it didn’t matter. I had to re-order anyways because they had already canceled my order. Horrible customer service.

Do not order delivery from this store! my order came up to $21.31, my card was charged $26.31!! they are thiefs and when you call to inquire about why there was an additional charge, they will say “I can’t do anything about that right now”. Thiefs!!! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY PROOF BELOW

We got a carry out and ordered large thin crust pepperoni pizza. Was absolutely terrible. Over cooked, no sauce, no cheese, few pepperonis. Not sure how they serve this with a straight face.

The hygiene was VERY POOR, workers handled money then don’t wash their hands before making the pizza. Workers also come in and don’t wash their hand…. They need to be reminded about using hand hygiene before they touch anything

Pizza took over two hours to come arrived stone cold and sopping with grease. I’ve called the restaurant over 10 times in the past two weeks and they agreed to give me a refund. We are now two weeks after the delivery date and I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve probably spent two hours on the phone speaking to people. Every time I call and speak to the manager, they tell me that they reached out to their district manager, and no one ever gets back to me. Avoid this location at all costs.
