So we ordered pizza for our 5 children at 7:30 at night. We were given a 67 minute time which is crazy but ok! So 80 minutes later the app says it’s still in the oven. So I call to do a check up…Daniel T answers the phone. I ask how much longer and without even asking my anem or address or order he says 2-3 hours! Wow I said! It’s gonna be an additional 2 hours passed my original quoted 67 minutes? He says yes we’re extremely busy! I said, I understand but I ordered an hour and a half ago and was quoted 67 minutes and you haven’t even asked my info to find my order and see how much longer? So then this little girl hangs up on me!!! Very liberal and not raised right behavior!!! Do better! I know you only make pizzas for a living but damn!!!

I ordered my pizza at 7:05 PM, and the app showed it was ready by 7:25 PM. By 8:00, it was still showing “at the store,” so I called and they said they were waiting on a driver. At 8:15, it still said the same thing, so I called back and asked for a manager. I was left on hold indefinitely (thankfully Apple lets you wait without keeping the line open), but no one ever picked up. My phone said they hung up.

I finally got my pizza at 8:40 PM, an hour and 35 minutes later, and it was cold when it arrived. The manager, Daniel, was extremely unprofessional and offered no apology or solution.

This location really needs to improve communication and professionalism. Totally unacceptable experience.

I’m from Miami and can’t believe how I never got my order. Sending messages to corporate about how this location is stealing people’s money. The location hangs up on you or refuses to pick up. Then the driver sat in two location over a period of 45 minutes total and claimed the to deliver my food. Never received anything. Took snapshots of the driver’s location and the time he was supposedly delivering. Then a snapshot of when the driver returned to Dominos location with the tracker saying he delivered the food. Will be sending all this to get my money back and more.

Avoid delivery from this location at all costs. Twice now I have had bad delivery experiences with this location. The first time half of my order was missing. After calling they said the driver would be back. He never came and the store ignored my calls after I spoke with them. I ended up driving to the location to retrieve the rest of my order. The second time it took over an hour from the time the driver left the store to the time he finally showed up to my building.

I’ve been ordering from this location for over 10 years obviously it’s my neighborhood location for delivery. I called them to let them know that I’m tired of my pizza not being cut. Then Daniel said there’s a note that they’ve already corrected three of my orders and they’re not allowed to do that anymore.

Horrible mobile app help. I had a coupon on the mobile app and it kept putting the wrong price in the cart. The online customer service could not help. The manager at the restaurant said thy cannot honor the price from the mobile app. And the corporate number could do nothing to edit orders and no one could take feedback that the mobile app wasn’t working correctly. What the heck!

This guy argued with me for over 30 minutes about a pizza that was not as ordered. 1. So you’re complaining that the pepperoni and sausage did not have sausage. YES!! 2. You spoke to the District Manager’s wife, and she didn’t leave a note. So I can’t help you. It was 48 hours ago. Come back Friday. Really. Luckily, I had the receipt! I can give you a refund all cash long. Am I wanted a the corrected pizza. Ridiculous

Ordered a large cheese pizza, very simple order.
The person who answered the phone after talking to their AI ordering was very unprofessional and unpleasant to talk to.
It took over an hour to receive my order, I asked the driver what happened. He replied “it’s not my fault”
I wasn’t expecting him to say anything else.
If you want to have a good reviews then hire people who care.
Customer service is always #1 apparently this needs to be addressed to your employees.
Look at your 3.3 stars , if you really cared about your customers you would try to correct these problems with your employees.

Everything tasted great and got delivered fast to my hotel. But I just have to say… they got to tone down on the Alfredo sauce. We had so much in our pasta and pizza it was almost uneatable honestly. Everything. Else came in hot and tasty.
