As I walked in, I was helped right away. They made pepperoni pizza instead of pineapple but remade it right away. Instead of throwing the pepperoni away as most restaurants, do she gave it to me on top of my other two pizza pizzas I really appreciate when restaurants do that! Happy and will be back!

Our pizza was dry and over cooked the my daughter ordered spinach feta snd it was so dark ! The other 2 pizzas was the same pepperoni was burnt! The lady was over the food cleaning her nose! I asked her to was her hands before handling my pizza! Last time using this location.

Always ordered from this location and always excellent service until today. The “manager” Jake hung up on my face twice because I told him that the amount of meat in the sandwich was almost non existent. He claims they weigh them. I realize that, but in this case it must of been a mistake. I told him I would text pictures and he hung up on my face. Just lost two loyal customers and will spread the word. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior for a manager and any business.

Parking is somewhat limited in this lot. My orders were accurate & prepared in a very efficient manner. The cashiers are welcoming & efficient. The price was $18. Customer service & coupon availability is always present at this location!! The pizza is consistently fresh & tasty! Overall, this Dominoes’ provides a wonderful & satisfying experience always!

Although the wait time is a bit longer the food and service is amazing! People just need to be mindful that situations happen where staff might call out or are currently under staff. Please be patient with them. You guys are doing a great job!!!

I used to think this store was great, until today. The young man I spoke to was unprofessional and outright rude. I was double charged (bank error, not theirs) but after waiting on hold for them for almost an hour, when they finally picked up, the man told me to call the bank, and hung up on me. Unbelievable- we ordered from here once a week for ages- that’s how they treat regular customers?
Follow up- there was a woman who called me today, obviously because I left this review, to smooth things over, and I although I appreciate the effort on her end to protect her employer’s reputation, she didn’t apologize for how I was treated. She did say she’d talk to the employees about how to respond in similar circumstances. Unfortunately, no customer should be treated that way, under any circumstances.

Cold food. Don’t even know what this is that they delivered. Tastes really bad too. The food came out of the oven almost an hour before it was delivered to me. The picture attached is supposed to be “cinnamon bread twists”.
Can’t get ahold of them on the phone for a refund. Thinking about driving to the store to try and get a refund in person but from the other reviews it doesn’t look like going there will be a very pleasant experience
