This was one of the worst experiences at a Dominos pizza, ever! I went here by accident when I made the order online and it put this as location where I purchased. When I got to the location the lady Peaches was at the register trying to help someone out but this guy looked super pissed that he’d been waiting there for a very long time. We waited nearly 10 minutes while our pizza was cooling down before she finally cashed us out and gave us our pizza. However in that same 10 minutes we also watched the guy who was working with her drop the pizza trays they place the pizza on to put in the oven, then he picked the 3 dropped ones and just put them right back on top of all the other trays as if those 3 were not just on the dirty floor. This place is very dirty, unsanitary, and you might be getting pizza from the floor because the staff here does not at all care about being clean and cleaning up after themselves. When you drop a tray go and clean it before you put it back in your pile of trays… just common sense. The pizza also didn’t have any flavor like Dominos usually does… needless to say we will stick with our Northlake location moving forward and will never be back here at all. Oh and they also cancelled my entire order (despite me having paid them and gotten my food) and now I have lost my Piece of the Pie Rewards that I had earned from my order yesterday. What a joke!

Employees at this location are very rude ans have no customer service skills. I’m visiting and called to find out if they deliver to where I’m staying. A young lady answers and i ask her 3 times if they deliver to my address, she puts me on hold and and puts someone else on the phone. She never explains to the new person what trying to find out. UPDATE: We have now gotten 2 pizzas in a row with the toppings crushed and stuck to the box. I tried calling the store and it goes to voicemail. It is completely unacceptable to have something like this happen and then you can’t even contact customer support. We will not be ordering from here again. I called because according to the app, my pizza has been out of the oven for 10 minutes and was being quality checked. How long does it take to Quality check a pizza? 4 times i have ordered and everytime there’s been an issue on the delivery end. Driver drove home and then called to ask where my house was in the neighborhood. One couldn’t find my house; there numbered in order!!! The food is skimpy and expensive. Didnt recieve the receipt for my order either. Staff is rude and unapologetic manager could really careless about satisfaction. I was told by others in my neighborhood not to order from here now I know why!

I was verbally abused by the delivery driver. He called me having trouble finding my apartment and continued to speak over me when I was trying to figure out where he was so I could properly direct him to my home. He was yelling and cursing at me, so I asked my husband to go outside and meet the driver because I didn’t want to be verbally abused any longer. The driver continued to curse at my husband, yelled at him to come downstairs and meet him, and threw our bag of food on the ground. I’ve never had any issues like this and we were both really taken aback as we were nothing but polite to this man. Along with this, the franchise owner has been non-responsive as this happened three days ago and I’ve reported it with no call back. Save your money and go somewhere else for pizza or you’ll risk being yelled and cursed at by your delivery driver.

If I could put zero stars I would. Placed an order 40 minutes before they close, which the site says they will take orders up to closing time. Waited about 2 hours and called multiple times to see where the order was. No one answered the phone, in fact someone just kept hanging the phone up. Also, keep in mind, my address is only 5 minutes down the road, but I wasn’t going to drive there after they had closed. So I called the next day and again, my phone was not answered until I called on an unknown number.

Twice this Domino’s has forgotten items – then forgetting to credit me for the drinks not delivered. They have fixed the problem of delivering ice-cold items, but tonight’s quality was terrible: large, almost uncut onions and limited sausage on the pizza, chicken nuggets that were basically all-dough and not even Bite-size — more like very hard, meatless crumbs. I am only giving it a “3” because of the caring attitude of the delivery guy – otherwise, it would be a “1”.

The pizza is always good for the most part and sometimes it’s made carelessly or isn’t cut completely through, because of this I’ve just started ordering it uncut and I cut it myself. Drivers sometimes can’t follow instructions ( special instructions ) you can leave. I tell them not to knock at my door because I have a baby amd sometimes in the evening he is sleeping and their pounding on the door wakes him. I’ve even been lied to and said there isn’t any instructions and I had to point them out to the driver. LOOK ON MY PIZZA BOX HELLO, but besides that I’ve always ordered Domino’s I think it’s pretty decent in price except their delivery charge has gone up AGAIN. Like dude my pizza was $25.60 and with tax and your fee it’s now $33. I’ll give them 3.5 stars because of covid and good help being hard to find. THANKS DOMINOS
