I got my delivery when stated. The driver made a point to reach out to me because they couldn’t navigate my residence. Very friendly. When I got my order, there was an order of lava cakes missing. Now being a big back ya gurl needed those cakes! I called to see how i could get the extra order. It took over an hour after the tracker stated my order left the store for it to arrive. I live 15 minutes from this location. Additionally, my order was marked as delivered when it clearly wasn’t. My pizza ultimately arrived cold. All that they’ve offered is half off a future order. Terrible experience. I should have looked at the reviews before attempting to order cardboard for delivery.

Stay away from this location. I placed an order 2 hrs in advance – giving them sufficient time cuz you know. When the requested delivery time arrived, the order ended up being marked delivered, but I never got my pizzas. I tried calling the store, of course no answer cuz you know. I have zero calls or texts from a driver. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an absolutely miserable experience with them. Never again.

After 2 ½ hours I had to go get my food. They never answer the phone. After waiting 1 ½ hours and 4 calls waiting 5 mins each I finally got an answer. They gave a story about the order going into the delivery vehicle even tho they told me they couldn’t find the order. No one greets you when you come in and after waiting several minutes 1 person finally asks what you need. Then they find the order where it has been sitting the whole time. I just wanted my money back but they walked away from me saying I will make it again. Then when I finally get it they just act delivery and 25% tip didn’t even matter. You can buy a stamp at the post office faster and if the business was Pot-n’-Ho’s … I guarantee you’d be delivered and fulfilled in 30min or LESS. $7.00 Delivery fee? and a hour and 30min+ wait for delivery? I recently ordered from this location over three times, however this time the experience was not good. I ordered a Pan Pizza with Mushrooms and Green Peppers with Garlic Parmesan Sauce instead of Marinara sauce (you should try it btw)

This place is an absolute joke. My order came wrong, overcooked, no sauce, hard, and cold. It was suppose to be 30 mins to be delivered. I placed order at 411pm guy left store at 422pm. The delivery address was an 8 minute drive from the store. He didnt arrive until 530pm. I called because of the issues. They said they would send out a new order in 1hour 30 mins from 5:30. Its not 717pm I have no new food the old crappy food is sitting on the counter still uneaten because its not able to be eaten. Ive called now 4 times today. They literally just put me back on hold ive been on hold for 20 minutes with no resolution. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this store. Honestly im suprised how they are still even open and funtioning. I dont even want to gove a 1 star it should be a -5star honestly. Dont waste your time or your money it isnt worth it.

Waited 3 hours for delivery that never showed up. Called after one hour (7pm) when order showed complete and didn’t have my food. Was told the store made a mistake and part of my order was being redone and would have it by 7:30pm. Called again at 8pm and took 37 minutes for anyone to pick up the phone. Got an answer and was put on hold another 15 minutes. Finally someone picks up again and is rude and has attitude with me when i asked for a refund since i was never getting my food. They yelled at me the refund was done and hung up. This location has the worst service and should be shut down!

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Order food and after it said it was delivered waited 10 minutes outside my house and no pizza or driver was there. Tried calling the store multiple times but no one was answering. Drove to the store to find out what happened to order. They said it was still on its way and that it should be there when I get home. Got home and pizza still not here. It’s 10:30 now and I’ve been waiting on my food that said it was delivered at 9pm. Never getting pizza from Dominos again.
