The pizza was not cut or cooked thoroughly and definitely wasn’t well done. The salad was expired, soggy, and discolored! I also didn’t receive my 2-liter soda to wash down the bad after taste of anything I tried. I’ll bring everything back with my receipt once I get off of the toilet.

I ordered online through the app. Watched the tracker which said approximate time for pickup would be 6:50-7:00. The tracker showed they were prepping the pizza for 30 minutes.. 30 minutes later I get a notification that the order is ready. I pickup the pizza with no problems, but while on the way back to the house I had the pizza on my lap. Pulled into the driveway and parked, went to get out of the car and I see a bug crawling out of the box. I lift the box to see what the bug was thinking it would be a mosquito and it was a cockroach.. needless to say I won’t be eating dinner tonight.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this place. I gave them numerous opportunities. I learned not to order delivery bc they never have drivers and you will not get your pizza. Tonight I said let me try curb side. Thinking they can’t mess that up. They definitely messed up. I had to go inside and pick up my pizza then they ran out of 2 liter soda and gave me two 20oz. Lucky my husband fell for that bc I would’ve told them right then they owed me two more. Not ordering from here again.

Ordered pizza at 10:00 PM, estimated delivery of 80 minutes. Never came, order was cancelled at 12:30, after 2.5 hours of leaving us hanging. Funny thing was that dominos gave us a free pizza, but it was only available through delivery, otherwise I would have ordered pick up, but was forced to order from a place which clearly doesn’t have enough delivery drivers and staff too apathetic and lazy to bother letting you know from the start of the order. Called their phone, no answer. They will leave you there ringing for 15+ minutes with no response. No way to call to possibly cancel my order, to inquire about picking up the order myself or anything. Clearly management doesn’t care and clearly corporate doesn’t care. We also contacted the customer service department from Dominos, an AI online chat. They told us a representative would get back to us the next day in the afternoon. Never received a call. Corporate doesn’t give enough help to the stores, and the employees just don’t care anymore. If it’s close to 10PM don’t bother ordering delivery. They won’t come, and you’ll end up waiting hours and wasting your time and you’ll end up cooking your meal for the night anyways like you should have from the beginning instead of ordering from here.

Horrible service in the store. No one greeted and totally ignored us only to be met with a rude staff member with a bad attitude saying its going to take a while. As we were ordering they seem annoyed therefore we left and ordered online. Order took more than an hour and a half to arrive and arrived cold. This dominos needs some serious help with the staff working there as the horrible attitude translates to the horrible slow service.

Staff quick and precise with orders. Ordered online, everything was as I ordered. In the past, with other locations, they’ve forgotten to cut in squares as I ordered or added items asked to hold. Located between Broward Blvd and Peters Road. Ample parking. Staff seem to work well together to pass the customer their order and get them on their way!!! That’s what I’m talking about, in and out. If I want to stay at a place long, I visit my grandma or go to church. Amen!!!!
