This store used to be my favorite pizza place. Unfortunately the last 3 orders I had to come back to have pizza remade. This last order they left the chicken ingredient to my imagination and missed to add my drink. They remade pizza was burned. They refused to remake it, because they were closing. I hope I get a refund. I left home without pizza Sad.

I placed an on line order for my coworkers and myself taking advantage of the $6.99 deal that they offer. I didn’t realize it at first even though the total did sound a bit high. Once I was able to see the itemized order I realized I was charged almost double. Pizzas that should have been $6.99 were charged to me between $12.99 and $14.99. I was overcharged and when I called the store I was told nothing they could do about it because I ordered on line! Not to mention delivery took over 30 minutes from the original delivery time I was given. I should have paid attention to all the 1 star reviews this location got!!! My office will NEVER ordering from them again!!!

so in the last 3 months my family has ordered 4 times. in that time they have messed up 3/4 of the time. 2 of the times they put the wrong topping on one of the pizzas and today for the 3rd time. we decided to do delivery and they forgot a whole pie. and to top it off the driver reeked of weed. he also laid the 2 sodas on top of the one box they did delivery. we also got bbq chicken and it looked horrible.

OK for starters this is not a sandwich. On Domino’s website, they specify it as a sandwich. After getting home with my order, I had to turn around and head back to my location to have them remake it. So now I have my whole order sitting in my car getting cold while they remake my sandwich that should’ve been done right the first time I get it people make mistakes but come on guys. It’s a cheesesteak. It’s not that complicated.

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Worst customer service of life!! Never dealt with a more infuriating business. We ordered two pizzas for delivery. We were notified that the order was delivered but nothing was at the front door. It was never brought to our house. We called the store and they said they completed the order. Sure they completed it, they delivered the pizzas to the wrong house. They said their system had a different address, even though the address in our app was our correct address. Instead of accepting and admitting to their mistake, they said it was our fault and there was nothing they could do. The only way they’d send us new pizzas was if we paid again… I’m sorry, what?!?! Why would we pay double for their mistake??? Not to mention the “manager” we spoke with was incredibly rude. Don’t bother taking your business here, if they screw up it’s your fault, not theirs. Definitely never ordering from here again.

I’m waiting for my pizza to be delivered more than an hour. The app was showing 20-40 minutes during order. You can’t see location of the driver. It took driver another 30 minutes to deliver it after he left the store.

I just Ordered a pepperoni pizza from your branch and after a 30ish minutes of “quality checking” it had no pepperoni on it ??? Although the burnt black bacon was a great touch. It allowed the soggy crust and sprinkling of cheese to shine through. I tried to correct it on the APP and on the customer support line bot terminated in a dead end but this seems to be the standard of domino’s these day’s ? Or should we start calling it Dead-o’s ? Why shine above the rest when it’s easier to just sink to their low level of customer service and quality?
Now the 3.1stars make sense clearly managed by someone who got gold medals for last place ?
