I’ve tried them all Papa John’s, Little Ceasars, Primanti Brothers, Jetts, and just reconnected with Domino’s about 4 months ago. They had a national coupon $9.99 for a large pie with any toppings you want. They have really stepped up their game. Great,Delicious, loved, loved, loved it. The only pizza’s we buy now. I usually go into this location to pick my order up, and they’re always really good.
Last night I was stuck on a work call and couldn’t go pick it up, so I ordered online for delivery. I paid with card and waited for my delivery. When the driver arrived at my home, he handed me the order and just stared at me, as if he was demanding a tip, without verbally demanding a tip. Today I seen an additional transaction on my card, that wasn’t authorized, from Dominos. I called my card to see what the unauthorized transaction was, turns out the driver added his own tip without my consent. Very disappointed in this location now, that driver is very unprofessional.

Certain special’s that are advertised online you are not able to modify how you’d like your pizza baked/cooked. So, I called this location, specified I placed my order online, gave the address and requested that I wanted my pizza cooked well-done. The person over the phone acknowledged and said, “okay sure no problem.” I received my pizza,(pan-pizza) and it was not cooked well-done! This is not the first time I have made this request and it has not been fulfilled. How hard is it to push the pizza back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes?! Apparently more difficult than I realize.

I guess the owner of this franchise does not think his/her customers will notice if they continue SHRINKING their pan pizzas?! The pan pizza I received today is looking more like a THIN CRUST pizza! The brownies, LOL! SUPER THIN! YOU GUYS ARE CHEAPING OUT DOUGH AND BROWNIE MIXTURE. Items that cost pennies to source! I hope this place shuts down, I do not understand how they keep their business.. Also, AFTER THE OWNER CHIMED IN ON MY PREVIOUS FEEDBACK AND ACTED CONCERNED, told me to reach out. And so I did! TWICE. AND NOTHING. Thanks, but I am done with this place. Order from LITTLE CAESARS if you want more value for your money. This place is utter dismal.

Pizza is very consistent here. They are always so good. I drive out of the way to come to this specific dominoes when there’s one right in front of where I live. Absolutely love. Super fresh. Thanks you guys!

Ordered two pizzas, haven’t had dominos for years – but thought what the hey when a friend wanted pizza for lunch. Ordered a thin crust with a garlic Parmesan sauce along with anchovies and olives (it’s a great combo) only to essentially have cheese with anchovies and olives on a cracker – no sauce at all. While I’m not expecting sauce to be dripping like a regular pizza – there should be something there. The pizza is fine – but would be so much better with a sauce on the base.

Bad customer service they hang up or let the phone ring. No one answer when you have a problem they just put you on hold. Made the wrong pizza and they said a remake but two hours later I called just keep getting someone who picks up says hello then hang up. Even the management put the phone down then came back to hang up. No help. Wrong people make the place suck.

Every time I order from here the driver calls me to come down and meet them in my lobby. When I say they need to deliver to my door they always give me attitude. I’ve called to speak with a manager and I’m always told there isn’t one there.
