Today we decided to stop over to visit the Doral location and I would like to share that we got assistance from the store manager Lourdes. She was wonderful and gave us direction how to order the pizza we really wanted. The pie was really delicious and we haven’t had Dominos pizza in over a year. Glad we stopped there today and it was truly a great experience.

The new female manager is violating numerous health codes. She kept wiping her nose with her hand. My Dad witnessed her along with numerous customers. Also, workers are not wearing gloves. I placed the order at 8:05 pm and this store did not begin to prepare it until 8:45 pm. We reported this location for the same issue last year. The manager has a horrible attitude and was yelling at her employees. She kept ignoring my Dad. He had to ask her 4 times where my order was. Disgusting behavior. We will not be returning to this location. I had to place a new order at another location. She was wearing AirPods for crying out loud. She should be terminated immediately. She has no idea how to process online orders let alone handle customers effectively. Her crew kept messing up on pizza orders and the pizzas were thrown away. The franchise owner needs to be informed immediately!!

I’m not usually a fan of fast food or chain pizza, but I have young guys at home who enjoy it a lot. I recently picked up an order from this location and was genuinely impressed by how organized the entire crew was, as well as the overall quality of the product.
One employee in particular stood out: Jackson, who was preparing (oven) and packaging the pizzas. Being in the food industry myself, I truly appreciate when someone shows pride and care in their work. Even in a busy rush, he took the time to double-check each item and make sure everything met a high standard.

I recently started ordering from Domino’s because I love their thin Crust pizzas. I make my orders online and pick them up. You can’t really beat 5.99 for a medium two topping pizza! The staff is always friendly and the orders are always right and ready when I pick them up. The Domino’s is inside the gas station.

If I could give 0 star , I would definitely do it, I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and two pineapple Fanta after 2 1/2 hours waiting, pizza arrived cold, burnt with no sauce at ALL , thin crust and two orange Fanta. Delivery took some much longer than expected. I definitely do not recommend this place

I’d really like to rate this horrible place a 0. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The service was absolutely terrible. I had simply requested a refund over an issue I had and the manager Belinda called me a liar, that there was nothing she could do, and as I was continuing to express my concerns, she just ignored me and even threatened to call the police on me. I never thought a customer could be treated this way. 0/10 service I will never return.

I just ordered a thin crust alfredo pizza with tomatoes and onions. I also ordered a salad. They were so quick. The pizza tasted very fresh. Overall the order was very delicious! I would 10/10 recommend this dominos! Also the driver Jesus was very very quick and polite! 100% would eat from this location again. Food quality: 10/10. Delivery time: 10/10. Order accuracy: 11/10! This store is amazing.

i would give this place 0 stars if possible. i found a roach inside the pizza and all i wanted was a refund and they didn’t believe me and refused to give me a refund. they just ignored me like i was crazy and as if i was making it up. the manager, a lady with glasses, even threatened to call the cops on me. i will NEVER come back here. and it was my birthday :/
