Pizza is poorly prepared. There wasn’t even enough cheese for the entire pizza! I ordered two large pizzas. One 1/2 Cheese, 1/2 Pepperoni and One Mushroom with Black Olive. Toppings were scarce. Cheese was missing on several slices!?! Toppings were minimal. Maybe two mushrooms and 4 black olives per slice. Maybe three pepperoni per slice. When I pointed this out before leaving, they said that it was perfect pizza!?! Missing cheese??? I’m very disappointed. Ordering Little Ceasars next time FOR LESS!!!

The pizza we received today was horrible. It was not cooked long enough. The cheese is sliding off, pizza ingredients separating. We had to recut the slices. This is the 2nd time. We order from this Dominoes in the Falls all the time. If you order here, just don’t order delivery and check your pizza and wings before you leave.

AVOID… Save yourself from bad service and poor-quality food. The manager doesn’t care about your issues. Terrible Customer service, quality control, can’t make a pizza correctly or follow instructions. Can’t contact anyone to resolve the issue, they will constantly connect you to an automated voice recording that no one will ever answer on the weekend. AVOID at all costs unless you want sub-par service and quality. Pizzas were made entirely wrong and items were damaged from delivery. I didn’t add Mushrooms, chicken, bell peppers, onions, or a thin crust to my order. the sizes and a couple of ingredients were right, but it looks like they purposely made them wrong.

The service is horrible when it comes to delivery. I ordered around 1:25 pm and did not receive my order till 3:05 pm when I live 6 blocks away. This location is horribly inconsistent, with most of my experiences being UNFAVORABLE. On this occasion, my order arrived late and cold. I ordered extra cheese but barely got any at all. I called and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional. She sounded like a child and was laughing with employees in the background as I explained the issue. I’ll stick with Papa Johns from now on.

This time was the last straw.
The food took 47 minutes to get here and was cold.
The chicken was raw or rotten cause when my wife bit into it a red liquid came out that made her almost throw up. (picture attached)
The manager Xamoria refuses to speak english to you when there is a problem but any other time she speaks it fine.
The staff is rude, un-trained and are constantly handling their dirty phones.
Frankly I dont know how this place is still allowed to be open.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONLY DID THE DELIVERY DRIVERS NOT DELIVER MY ORDER BUT BRITNEY PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR 8 MINUTES TO “GET INTO CONTACT WITH A DELIVERY DRIVER” AND NEVER GOT BACK ON THE LINE. I CALLED 7 MORE TIMES AND NO ANSWER BUT WHEN I GET TO THE STORE SHES ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT RECEIVING MY REFUND SHE HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME THERE IS NO RECEIPT TO SHOW THAT MY RETURN WOULD BE PROCESSED.

I placed an order of $145 for delivery. I noticed that I forgot to change my 2 large extravaganza pizzas to THIN CRUST because it automatically makes it hand tossed. I immediately called after placing the order so they are aware i wanted thin crust before they prepare it. someone finally answered after a whole 10 minutes of calling and she said that it had just been put in the oven 3 minutes ago, and she COULD NOT change it. I said can you just please change it? I called immediately and the phone line was going as if someone answered and hanged up and i kept trying and trying to get a hold of them. and she insisted that she was NOT going to re make the pizzas. I have never in my life gotten a response from a dominos worker that way. everyone I usually speak to when i’ve had a problem has always been so nice about it and had indeed been able to make me the pizzas or make the corrections!

On Sept 20, 2024, I place two orders at Domino’s in Miami, FL at 13623 S. Dixie Hwy Suite 144 33176. Once one of my orders came the delivery guy placed my food on the ground, and I did not check off No contact for my order. After that, I realized the delivery man did not leave the Sprite I had ordered. Next, I contacted the store about my order and explained to the lady who answered the phone that my Sprite was not left. I later asked if I could speak with the store manager, she then asked me why I needed to talk with the store manager, so I explained to her that this was the third time my order was delivered to me wrong. She tells me No I cannot speak with the manager because he speaks Spanish only. I really could not believe that she was denying contact with the manager due to him speaking Spanish. She never asked if I needed her to translate anything for the store manager. She was denying my civil rights as a customer to speak with the manager about the issues I was having with orders coming to my house either cold or something missing. Then the lady hung the phone up. I called back about three times finally someone answered this time it was a young lady I once again explained why I was calling three more times. She then tells me that the manager that working tonight does not speak any English at all. the worker in the store told me repeatedly told me that it was my problem because I spoke English. Every single woman who answered the phone was racist and rude and violated my civil rights in the state of Florida. Yes, I may live in Miami but that does not mean I could not get Fair/ Good service because I do not speak Spanish. The most disrespectful part is everyone who answered the phone that night could barely English, but they had no issue with violating my rights as a tax-paying United States citizen.
