I went to pick up an online order that my brother placed only to be met with a disappointing, not to mention incompetent service. I walked in expecting the order to be ready because that’s what the app said, but it either went to someone else, they haven’t started yet, or even kept it for themselves. They had to redo it, and even then, I had to constantly speak up to get the order started. Heck, they couldn’t even remember if the pizza was in the oven at all, leading to a wait time of almost an hour. I almost had to wait even more for the garlic bites that were already done. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience before I walked out. I’m never coming to this Domino’s again because this is unacceptable. Absolutely horrendous service.

This has to be the worst Domino’s location. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the tracker said “enjoy your order,” but I never received anything. When I called, they told me they had to redo the order because it was delivered to the wrong location—like, what? No text, no call, no communication at all. I ended up driving there myself.
Only one person was working—making pizzas and running the register. Whatever happened to having at least two people? Sheesh. I don’t blame her at all, but communication is still key. I’m not surprised this place has bad reviews. This Domino’s is a mess.

Deserve NO STARS! Worst service I have ever received from a Dominoes location. 2 hour + wait time on an order estimated for 30 minutes delivery FIVE MINUTES AWAY from the location.
Called the location over 10 times, wait time of 15 minutes and NO ANSWER.
Dominoes do better. Clean house with your staff and get better employees.

We called the store, they picked up, told me to wait but left me on hold for an hour straight. So we cut the call out of frustration and went to the store to order, later on we picked up our order and found out they didn’t get the order right , we didn’t care much about the fact that they forgot to add the toppings we asked for but when we sat down to eat , it was literally horrible, there is no such words to describe how horrible it tasted , honestly. The closest I can get to describing it is that it tasted as if they didn’t care how they made it and they just made it however they could.

Horrible delivery process. Today I ordered 1 pizza and 1 steak sandwich from this store in north Miami Beach. It took them 2 hours to make the delivery. The items arrived cold. The driver when asked just said they had too many orders and brushed it off. No more dominos for me ever. I have deleted the App from my phone. Horrible experience!

This place is a joke! Every single time I order from this pizzeria through DoorDash or Uber Eats, they take forever to make the food and it’s always late. The pizza arrives cold, and when you try to call them, they never answer the phone. It’s so frustrating! If you can’t handle delivery orders, then don’t offer them. Terrible service — never ordering from here again!

Apparently Shawn the “manager “ that’s way he calls him self he said it was the only person preparing I got my order over an hour late and when I went to the store he said they couldn’t remake it because he was backed up pizza was so calf’s and pasta donor order from here they do it care about customer service or quality.
