This is related to an on-line order and delivery issue. I asked for extra cheese on the pizza and the order was for ‘boneless chicken’. I can assure you there was no extra cheese. But worst, was this location sent wings vs. boneless chicken. When I called…BTW a recorded message per the ‘hold’ message…I was very FIRM (yes, an aggressive tone) when I told the person answering the phone about the issue. She asked if I was making a demand, also FIRMLY told me she didn’t have to listen to me and hung up. I called 2 more times. No answer. I changed phones because I felt I was being ghosted. Same persib (“Samantha”) answered and ‘noted’ that my ‘tone’ now was being something more acceptable to her. When I asked if she was the manager she said no. Again, all of this is recorded per their phone message system. Well, per the delivery person, ‘Samantha’ is the ‘shift manager’. He explained Ms. Rojas is the location manager. Very very poor customer service. Unacceptable customer engagement. And, in the course of my last conversation, everyone else was to blame (the driver; the system and me). I now know why they have a 2.6 rating. In fairness, they did redeliver my chicken order…approx 2 hours after I place it. One of the worst experiences a customer can have. This location brings shame to the brand

Ordered around 7pm through Uber Eats. The app told me it was delivered so I called the store and was told my order just came out of the oven and waiting on a driver. An hour later I called back and couldn’t get an answer. Its now 11:43pm and you guessed it. I got nothing and don’t expect to get it at this point. The no-show from dominos has happened to me before in my home town but I thought I would give it a shot here. I went through Uber Eats in case this happened because the last time I didn’t get my order the store wouldn’t give my money back and corporate wouldn’t help either. I let myself get burned one more time and thats my fault but at least I get refunded without a lot of hassle this time. Everybody do yourself a favor and just let Dominos fade away. You’re not getting your food anyway.

Waited 25 minutes after tracker said it was ready for pickup. What’s the point of the tracker if employees can just manipulate it to act like they’re doing a better job /being more efficient than they are? You should not order from this location.

I almost never write reviews however this Domino’s specifically has earned it.
I’ve been doing carryout here for more 2 years and they always get it right: pizzas come out hot, the crust is well-baked, and my order is ready on time.
The quality is consistent, and the staff always greet me with respect and genuine friendliness—I’ve honestly grown fond of them. Highly recommended

terrible, disaster! it is 3rd time they accepted my order but don’t proccess nor delivery nor pick up the phone. I am 100% frustrated with this store, I am no longer ordering dominos since they assign me to this terrible store.

it’s very simple: if you see that the pizza you ordered is coming from this particular place, just cancel it. It will take one hour and a half to get to you, I’m not kidding or exaggerating. This has happened to me 3 times. not only that, but one of the pizzas only had toppings on half of it. I would share a picture but I sent it back with the delivery person. Ridiculous.

To whom ever prepared my pizza, they did not pay attention to my order which it was with extra bacon, extra italian sausage, and extra ham and before I left I opened my pizza to verify it and it had regular portions, yes they did offer to redo it but that was not my point, it was for them to do it right the first time, they need to follow instructions!!!

Every once in a while you crave fast food chain pizza. You know what you’re getting and what to expect. This dominos is rated rather low, but given that is my neighborhood location I still had to give it a chance. It did not disappoint. Solid as ever, as I remembered going back to college.
Pizza crust, toppings, sauce, and pizza styles met my exact expectations. And that is why I came here. The toppings were actually above and beyond what I would expect. I got the specialty Philly and Hawaiian.
