I had not been to Domino’s in a while. I saw the place where you pick up orders… you don’t eat here…or where your orders are made for delivery. The young man who greeted me was very friendly and so were the drivers as they came in to pick up orders. I think they deliver south of 23rd St down to the Pointe. They won an award for service. I can see why. I brought a pizza home for me and for the front staff. We are all happy campers.

I have ordered twice from this location. Tonight / this morning I ordered and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes.
Hot, delicious, perfectly made pizza.
The driver, Osvaldo, even called ahead to let me know he was close… AWESOME
I ordered earlier from Papa Johns and had to cancel because they said no drivers were available. Would’ve been nice if they said this before I ordered.
I will ONLY order from DOMINO’S in the future.

I promise if this place could get -100 I would rate it that because the people that work here now are so disrespectful and out of place! First off running after me and calling me by my name on the street!!!! Who do these people think they are?! Then second threatening me for taking picture of the establishments and how backed up you are on making my pizza! I ordered 35 minutes in advance and my tracker said my pizza was ready. I went in to ask for my pizza and still waited another 20 minutes, unbelievable place! Here are the pictures and I hope this person dares to sue me because that win against domino’s would be a great future story wait! Thats not all then lastly I get home and look at my wings NOT SAUCE ON THEM. And my parmesan bread bites were that- JUST BREAD AND PARMESAN CHEESE no garlic oil WOW Im done with this Domino’s and this is CORPORATE for you. Domino’s DO BETTER and give me money back I had to throw out all my food out of disappointment. This place is just lowering their standards everyday

Every single time I order pizza it gets over cooked. Looks dry. The last two times I ordered NY style pizza it was dry and thin. Then today I didn’t get the 8 pc garlic Parmesan delivered. I called and when they dropped it off they handed me plain wings slapped with ranch. I called to complain and the lady wanted to tell me that she sent me the right wings. I asked for a refund and she said I had to wait to get a call back from Jose the manager the following day. I said okay and ended the conversation there. The lady called me to try to argue with me that she doesn’t have ranch laying around. I don’t understand why she would dare to call me back to tell me this as if I have time to waste with her instead of eating my food. This is so disappointing.

I copied and pasted the previous message above me because they did the same exact thing to me! They charged me for items that I never received + never answered the phone after I called 10x to speak with someone. In all, I never got my food that I ordered Nor a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Literally the worst experience ordering pizza in my life. I live four blocks away from the restaurant. Yes somehow it took 45 minutes to get delivered from the time the driver left the store. I tried MULTIPLE TIMES calling the store, a guy answered twice yelling “please hold” and put me on hold before I could even say anything. Never picked up the line again. Food was absolutely terrible and cold. Do not waste your time or money. I can’t believe i paid for this garbage and horrible service. This location needs a reevaluation.

Update: I spoke to Jose, the manager, this morning to let him know that his team needs better training. Jose was responsive and listened well. I’m updating this review because Jose understand the issue. He agreed to either refund or make me a new pizza at a time that is convenient for me. Jose seemed genuine in his interest to satisfy his customers if there is a legitimate reason regarding his Domino’s services and products. For that, I am increasing the stars to 3.

Does this look like spinach, feta, onion pizza? It went straight into the trash. When I picked it up, it was late and I waited curbside but no one came by, so I finally double parked along 14th and went in. They said it was just coming out, so I’m waiting, and I’m still waiting, when I asked why it was taking so long, they said they missed an item. I asked what and the woman said onions. I said that’s fine that I’ll take it without onions. My mistake is not opening it up before taking it because I was in a rush and now late. When I got home, it only had spinach. Just look at this sad pizza. It went straight into the trash. When I called the guy said I had to bring the pizza back and drive there 30 min round trip because it’s Sunday at 6pm to drive along Alton to South of Fifth. He also said because I took the pizza. If they had said they were missing both the feta and onions, I would not have taken the pizza.
To make matters worse, when I got there there were 6 people standing around and only one person working on the pizza. The other six were standing around – one of them didn’t even have his mask over his face and was below his chin.
Obviously, this team doesn’t have the right training. It’s not their fault but poor leadership and lack of ability to solve customer problems. I don’t live here, but I have to say, this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review for Domino’s that’s bad. Usually, like all chain restaurants, Domino’s works. Something is definitely wrong with this location.
Find a different Domino location if you’re getting Domino’s. It’s cheap and decent pizza, I agree, but there are more locations than this one.

I placed an online order of 1 large pepperoni pizza and 1 garlic chicken ranch sandwich. It took 50 minutes for delivery and then…the order was not fresh or correct. The pizza was dried up and cold and I received something that looked like burnt cheese BBQ tots and not the chicken sandwich. When the order reached me the store was already closed. When I finally did get someone the next day I was told that they wouldn’t replace the pizza but they would replace the sandwich but I would have to pay the delivery fee even though it was them that got the order wrong. I was there on vacation but I will never order from that location

Ordered food through Uber eats but it was delivered by Dominos guy. The guy came and left with the food not a call or anything. After waiting for an hour and a half, that was very frustrating
