I had stopped coming here for awhile because I felt like I rarely received my pizza the way it was ordered. For example, ordering extra sauce on pizza but not given. To the staff working 10/19/25, my order was perfectly executed, lip smacking delicious! I cannot compliment enough how wonderful everything was and how perfectly my pizzas were cooked. They also greeted me when I arrived and checked me out promptly.
12/3/25 Another perfect experience. The staff working tonight were hustling! To the young man making the pizzas- my custom order came out perfectly! And to the young lady (I think her name was Amanda) leading the show and multitasking like it comes natural to her! She couldn’t move any faster running from the register to the oven and throwing orders together and taking new orders for walk in customers. Your hard work does not go unnoticed! This location has really truly improved. Keep up the excellent work and friendly customer service.

Placed a carry out order at 1:59 the wait was only 10-15 mins well I arrived to the store to pick up my order because the time kept changing so I figured the tracker was just not updating on their end . once I arrive to pick my order up they I walk in they ask me if it’s carry out and I said yes and I gave the name ..they look around and then comes back and let me know they haven’t even BEGAN making the order .. then the guy at the front let me know it’ll take about 15 minutes longer ..I leave the store and about 15 minutes I come back in and I ask the associate at the front and he seems to have no clue what he’s doing or who any orders are for … i ask once more is the order being made and the guy says “ I already made it .. “ so where is it and why haven’t I gotten it yet ?and by this time it’s already 3:25 pm when I placed my order at 1:59 .. I highly recommend not coming to this store or ordering from here lack of attention and lack of time.. domino’s do better this is ridiculous..

I ordered after a LOOOOONG day of work. The worker couldn’t find my address on her gps. I tried giving her directions and she did nothing but argue with me for 20 minutes. She then said she was going to the store and I can pick it up from there, and hung up on me. At that point I gave up but then they gave me a new driver. At least this one could use his GPS. It’s not hard. Pizza was fire tho

These stars are for the crew that is working tonight!!! My order was remade because the call center messed it up! My pizza was remade with a smile and no problem from the crew at all! Thank you North Lauderdale domino’s crew that’s working tonight, u guyz are awesome! If I could give a million stars I would, especially to one crew member inparticular that wasn’t even on the clock and took the time to make sure my pizza was done right!

Worst experience tonight! Took an hour and a half to receive my order (2 medium pizzas and bread). When the location is less than 10 minutes from my house. It arrived smashed and COLD! The cheese was peeled off the pizza and stuck to the top of the box. Worst location

Horrible, horrible horrible this location does not and I mean does not make pizza properly. I’ve been to this location three times just because it’s close to me. I’ve gone to other locations and I have not had this problem. It’s only this location that I have experienced the pizza not being made properly. I do not recommend this location.

I wish I could’ve giving 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1. Every time I order from this location it’s always a problem and I ordered food yesterday (January 6, 2026) & got food poisoning and I feel terrible!! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody not even my dog!!

Today we order (1) carbonara pasta and 1 chiken bacon ranch sub in this store. the order was placed at 1:05pm, supposedly the orders came out of the oven at 1:15, and go to quality control at 1:16… the order left quality control at 1:48pm, 30 minutes after, I thought the order must be perfect, I was wrong. the order is cold, really cold, the portion was poor, very very poor and wrong we receive pasta primavera instead pasta carbonara, I don’t want to tell you about the sandwich, what a mess. The order took almost 1 hour (only 5 minutes less to complete 1 hour) to received this crap, and the “insurance” offer a free pizza or 20% off in my next order, really do you think that we will order again with you????

The Dominoes Restaurant located at 7118 Southgate Blvd in North Lauderdale delivered 3 pizzas that I ordered and paid for. The problem was two of the pizzas were burnt. There was nothing about the two pizzas that any of their employees should have thought was a good idea to serve to a paying customer. I would not give my pet anything burnt up like that. After calling the store, I was told that I could get a store credit to use for future purchases. Well there is no way I will be purchasing anything from them in this life time. I am very disappointed. Let me find the nearest Pizza Hut. #BadBusiness
