Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a simple cheese pizza twice and they still got it wrong. Instead of fixing their mistake, they demanded the wrong pizza back and expected me to drive to them, even after charging a delivery fee. No refund was offered. If a store can’t manage a basic cheese pizza, that says it all. Save yourself the frustration, do not order from here.

We ordered delivery at the beginning of October and received a pizza with rancid cheese. We called, and they insisted it was impossible, so we drove back to the store. They admitted the cheese was bad but said they could only replace the pizza, not give us a refund.
Then—silly of me—I decided to give them another chance on Halloween. I placed an order through the app early in the morning for delivery at 8:30 p.m. Around 9:30 p.m., they delivered the wrong order. I told the driver it wasn’t what I ordered. He called his manager, who instructed him to take the pizza back and assured me the correct one would be delivered.
By 10:30 p.m., I still had no pizza, so I called and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They agreed. The next morning, I found the pizza thrown on my porch floor. I kept calling to request a refund, and even contacted Domino’s headquarters. It’s fine—I lost fifty dollars—but I’m going to voice my dissatisfaction, and hopefully someone reads this and decides NOT to order from this awful location.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! He’s unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I had such a terrible exchange with him when his restaurant made a mistake to begin with. I was sent the wrong pizza and called to report this. The store employee offered to put a pizza under my account to rectify the situation and instructed me to call back in order to use the credit. When I called back a week later, the manager answered sounding irritated before I began speaking. He informed me that there was no pizza on my account. When expressing my frustration with this restaurant, there’s ALWAYS AN ISSUE, he began raising his voice and make baiting comments. Completely unprofessional and out of line. He then discovered a note for the pizza was placed on my account, but removed. To make matters worse, after agreeing to send me the pizza that was owed, I attempted to add to the order and I believe he either pretended to take my card number or there was an issue with his system. I requested he read the cc number back to me so that I could ensure he was entering it correctly and even that was a fight! I ended up having to place the rest of my order online. When calling back, 5 min later, to make sure it was received and both orders would be delivered at the same time, my call wasn’t answered! They have caller ID. I’m sure I was being screened because when I called from another phone with the caller ID blocked, the store answered. But the call that displayed the number associated with my account, continued to remain unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! There are plenty of other dominos and pizza places available where you don’t have to deal with this!

Pizza did not arrive until 830pm.
I had to call twice to find out where the pizza was and was informed that my order was marked as a duplicate order the second time i called.

Avoid this store at all costs! Unless you want to lose your hard earned money! I ordered a pizza through the app. I kept track of the order as I could see the driver getting closer on the map. Then from one moment to the next the app said “DELIVERED”. But nothing got delivered, nobody even knocked! So I called the store and the guy that picked up was clueless and rude! First he said the driver had to comeback since he left without the wings! I didn’t even order wings! then he tells the driver is going to call me. Over half an hour goes by and still no delivery no phone call! So I called and just told them to cancel it. They said ok… they did not provide a status, apologize, or even offer to make it right. Thinking Domino’s is a professional establishment I was going to get my money back, but boy was I wrong!! Ten days later I check my credit card statement and they never gave me a refund! They just charged me for an order that never got to me! Its practically fraud! I’ve put various complaints through the app and all I get is emails telling me the store will contact me, but it has been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me and still no refund! I’ve had to put in a dispute with my credit card!!! With that said it took over 6 weeks total to get my money back…unbelievable!!!! I do want to disclose that they did give me a gift card, but I used it at another store, definitely not this one!

We are loyal to our Silver Lakes Dominos because the pizza is always delicious and delivered fast, fresh and hot. We recently let the Manager know that our order got mixed up with wrong toppings—still delicious but wrong order. We were given a credit for 2 free pizzas. We ordered our 2 pizzas using the credit, and the manager Quinton made sure our order was perfect and delivered quickly, hot, fresh, and delicious. Thx Quinton!!

Placed an order & it took about 2 hours to get to my house. I called the store several times & waited forever on hold.
Someone then picked up and left the phone unhooked to avoid the call. Then I finally got someone that picked up & was totally rude.
Above it all, the pizza looks terribly made (check out the pics attached). Corpotate should take a look here! AVOID THIS STORE!

I ordered because of the 9.99 unlimited toppings deal. A New York style pizza and a steak sub. It just reminded me why I don’t order Domino’s. The pizza crust and sub roll were both hard and chewy. I would guess they microwaved it before delivery. Also both items were overly seasoned, too much oregano. Edible but not much more. 5.49 delivery fee is kind of steep.

I’ve given this Domino’s location multiple chances, but they just can’t seem to get an order right. Time and time again, they’ve messed up—wrong items, missing toppings, and overall poor service. But today was the final straw.
We placed an order at 1:00 PM, and two hours later, it still hadn’t arrived. When we called to check, the manager simply said they “don’t have enough drivers.” How is that our problem? If you can’t fulfill orders, at the very least, cancel them so customers can go elsewhere instead of wasting time waiting.
It’s one thing to have occasional mistakes, but this location consistently drops the ball. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.
