I ordered a 16 piece and your store #5081 in Miramar Florida sends me 8 wings even though I payed for 16 wings . l call the store and no one answers they continue to hang up on me. this is horrible service do better please either give me a refund or give me what I payed for .I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this service is very unacceptable if you can avoid this location they don’t deserve to your money

Sarai is the best! Haven’t eaten Domino’s this good in a while. Noticed she made it herself and also delivered. She’s very nice. Has made my opinion of Domino’s pizza improve cautiously. Don’t know if this was a one off due to her and this location.

The service at this location is trash. On 3 different occasions I ordered for curbside pick up and every single time I’ve had to go inside to pick up my order. I arrive, check in and waited at least 10 minutes and when no one came out I went inside just to see every one talking and my order sitting on the shelf. When I complained about this service there was no apology from the staff they all just looked at me. Next time I’ll drive a little further in order to receive better service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Domino’s location. This is the third time I’ve had issues with my order, and after this experience I will not be ordering from Domino’s again.
First incident: I placed an order and was told the driver came to my home even though I was there the entire time. I never received the order, and only after about 40 minutes did management finally send the pizza.
Second incident: The same thing happened again. I was told the delivery was made when it wasn’t, and it took around 50 minutes before the pizza actually arrived.
Third (and final) incident: I was given an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes from 8 minutes away from home. Instead, the driver showed up one hour later — and the worst part is that my tracker showed the order being placed only five minutes before the driver arrived, as if it had just been prepared and sent out late.
This level of inconsistency and poor service is unacceptable. After three failed attempts to give this location another chance, I will never order from Domino’s Pizza again. I hope management seriously addresses these ongoing issues.

I wish I could give the store no stars I am very disappointed and disgusted by how these workers are handling people food I ordered a large pepperoni pizza well done my pizza was a cheese pizza and it seems as if my pizza wasn’t properly baked or cut I tried calling the store they don’t pick up the phone the next day I tried calling the store again and I am not getting any answer from them. I am very dissatisfied with my order and there is no action that can be done because they refuse to even answer the phone.

Please read the reviews and do not order from this place. They have a phones that’s there for nothing because they never pick it up. You then try to get a help on the app and they just tell you to contact the store but the store does not pick up. I just lost 30 dollars on 2 pizzas that they got completely wrong and will not be eaten because it has ingredients I am allergic too. Dominos should either close this store or hit new people. They are a mess and should be embarrassed about operating like this. I will also be contacting corporate about this situation because clearly I am not the only one who has had issue it seems like they don’t know how to work

This place is genuinely the worst place to order from. I live three minutes away and every time I order, without fail, it takes MINIMUM 30 minutes. They never pick up the phone, the app will show it’s been delivered and it almost always hasn’t been, and most of the time, I’ll see them on the app and I can only assume they’re delivering other orders before getting to mine (probably why it takes so long.) It’ll also show they’re in my neighborhood and they’re not, say that they’re 2 minutes away but they never arrive in 2 minutes, the pizza most of the time will arrive and it’s barely been cut (if it’s been cut at all), sometimes the pizza slices that aren’t even the same size and look as if they’ve been messed with. Overall these people are genuinely lollygagging; would never recommend.

The Uber eats for this is such a joke. You will get your food cold because they’ll live it on a cold table for a long time before the driver ever arrives. The driver will also be sitting there waiting outside the small windows outside the back of the building for whatever random reason instead of being able to notify one of the workers in the front about your delivery. Would highly not recommend.

We ordered the “NY Style” and Pizza was trash!!! As you can see from the photos its just a thin crust pizza that they messed up lol the cuts are all uneven and cheese is burnt! Tasted like trash as well. And the best part there was a long black hair When I called to get a refund the manager said he doesnt give refunds and offered me a $16 credit!!

Unsure that this is a reflection on this local store or Dominoes overall… but whenever I order food through the app, when it’s says my order is ready, it never is. Either the app is estimating the preparation and cooking time, or it’s not meeting realistic expectations. I’m here again sitting outside Dominoes in my car for 10 minutes and now late for my meeting. Disappointing. This does need to change though. So finally went inside and my pizzas had been sitting on the shelf. I got an apology saying they were busy, but they had ample staffing. Bottom line, they shouldn’t offer the carside service if they cannot deliver on it.
