I’ve never had a bad experience over 5+ years until last tonight! Unfortunately I can not give zero stars or I would. I called this location because the two batches of chicken I ordered was not cooked well done. I called & spoke to Jacob (whom said he was the manager) to simply let him know about my order (never asked for a refund). He was VERY Unprofessional & Rude!!!! Jacob “As the manager” hung up in my face twice so I drove to the location. You don’t play with people, their food or their hard earned money!!! I will NEVER order from Dominos again!!! Customer Service Training is definitely needed especially if you possess a leadership role. The only person that had sense enough to apologize was Dustin, so thank you Dustin & I appreciate you.

I ordered a pizza on 10/4. When I got back to work I called this location and told the guy the answered the phone they forgot to put a topping on my pizza. He stated that he would give me a free pizza and all I had to do was give the store my phone number. Today I called the store and a guy answered (I should have gotten his name). I explained the above situation and he said there was no information attached to my phone number or any note left saying I was to receive a free pizza. He asked what I ordered I told him. He then state my last order was in August I told him no it was not and I have the receipt from 10/ 4. He said he does care and proceed to be very rude would not let me speak. I hung up. I will not be ordering anything else from this location or Dominos very poor customer service attached my receipt.

I ordered a baked pasta with Italian sausage and a garden salad. My pasta had NO SAUCE and was a toddler size portion. I called the pizzeria and spoke to a manger, manager K. She was no help and advised me to go to the website to formally make a complaint. I did so, via AI, and was not assisted. I will go to another establishment before I spend my money at/with Domino’s.

We ordered 8 different items and every single thing showed up quickly and accurately! The food was excellent, plenty of flavor, price was fair/comparable. The only discrepancy was the ready made salad. It was packaged well, the toppings were great, but the lettuce underneath was mostly brown. But it’s a pizza place, not a salad bar. This Dominoes impressed us so much we will be telling our friends and neighbors!

Trying to support a new business, we called in an order for delivery.. An hour and a half later I called to ask where it was. The lady who answered told me they didn’t have an order for me? As my credit card was charged, I asked to speak to her manager.. He first tried to tell me my charge had been declined until I told him again I could see it in my account. The next thing he told me was they tried to call me.. they didn’t. I understand they’re new but the obfuscation was remarkable. Best to wait 6 months before trying again.

False advertising about delivery charges. Drivers do not get any of that money. They are driving their own vehicles and using their own gas. Please tip your driver because Dominoes doesn’t. No electric car either. Won’t order from them again.

Ordered two pizzas the wait wasn’t too long to pick up which I appreciate it however one of the pizzas was missing the toppings realized this of course after I got home call the store best they could tell me was if I brought the pizza back they would just go ahead and throw those missing toppings on top of there for me not exactly what I wanted to hear

We all know Domino’s is ehh they even forgot an item in my order this time and had 2 come back twice (once was my front gates fault) and the second was the forgotten item but I order from these guys all the time and usually don’t have a problem I know I ain’t ordering some Gordon Ramsey pizza so my expectations aren’t high lol as long as it’s hot I’m good but I’m giving this 5 stars solely on the fact that Nick (Nicholas in the red truck) the delivery driver tonight was so nice like bro good job man I hope you hear that enough. You have great customer service skills and a great personality thumbs up my dude.
