Ordered a deluxe pizza for delivery and what I got was disappointing. I always order a deluxe so you can imagine the disbelief when I opened the box. It’s a shame that their quality check would allow this pie to be delivered. Toppings were burnt, barely any cheese and it looked like it was sitting for a while which explains why it was warm and not hot like it’s supposed to. Drove up to the store to speak to manager where he refused to make it right. Said pizza was fine to him and that they were understaffed and drivers had to do 3-4 deliveries at a time…again explains why my pie was just warm. Refused to give me his name and said he was a shift manager. Worst customer service as a “manager”. Manager could’ve cared less to make it right by customer. 4/18/23 store #5061

Burnt pizza, and had to call the store for them to bring my pizza. We use the app and checked in when we arrived and the app says your pizza will be brought out to your car within 2 minutes. We’ll I waited an additional 5 minutes because they looked busy, but then I could see no one in line waiting and ended up having to call. Yes I could have gotten out but had 2 toddlers in the car. We do love the car side service and use it frequently but don’t enjoy the burnt pizzas.

Order from here a lot and it’s good but the delivery drivers never have simple change at the door and last time the guy went down to his car and gave me 2 dollars in coins. Not a great vibe and comes off as unprofessional at times but i like the food enough to over look it. Also 4.25 delivery fee plus $2 in tax for one $15 pizza not including tip is a bit much.
