If I could give this place zero I would. The pizza still not arriving after 90min & finally getting there cold and half turned onto itself because it slid to one side of the box honestly could have been salvaged. I have an oven & can reheat. I was not at all looking for a pizza or full refund but for a solution so that I don’t waste my $ again. My father & I were told VERBATIM that it was a “yesterday problem “ & that nothing could be done. I asked for the young ladies name who answered & she wouldn’t provide it but later found out it was someone named Shay. Her extremely cold, unsavory & sarcastic way of handling the matter was what turned me off from ever ordering again. If she can’t solve a clients issue without condescension, she should consider being retrained or reconsider her position there entirely. I hope this is t the same team receiving all other one star reviews because if it is, I can guarantee, those other reviews are NOT lying. This location is not it.

If I could have given this location a Zero, I would have. When we received our large extravaganza pizza, the pizza had slid into the front of the box, to the point that there were pieces stuck on top of pieces. When I contacted the store and explained what we received, the guy on the other end said he could make a new one and swap it out, but that because we asked for extra sauce on a thin crust pizza, it would take a while to make the pizza well done. I explained I didn’t wish for a new one to be made, as we were hungry and would just eat this one, but asked if he could apply a credit to my account since the delivery driver didn’t take care in making sure the pizza came intact. He said it is not their policy since they won’t be getting the messed up pizza back. Will not be ordering from this store again. Poorest of customer service I have experienced!

Ordered 2 large extravaganza, we order about once a month.
I called to notify cocoa beach dominos I didn’t receive garlic butter crust or cheese.
I was told the person on the phone personally took pizza out of oven and it was fine.
I was told to bring the pizzas back so they could look at them. We already started eating.
We’re regulars and have never complained before.
Just lost a regular customer.

I just had the absolute worst experience. Our home flooded today so we really needed something easy for dinner so we started trying to order Domino’s online. It wasn’t working over and over it just said technical error so I was forced to call an order which I did, however when I called all day said was that my order had gone through which I was happy about, but I needed to add blue cheese. There was not blue cheese on the online menu. Then raised his voice at me telling me that they do not give blue cheese away for free, which I would have paid for them and And then when I tried to call back to cancel my order, they just put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Know im scared they are going to mess with my food.

Every time, it’s a great deal, with some really great food! If you haven’t tried the thin and crispy pizza (like the real Chicago style, cut in squares!) the wings, especially if you put EXTRA WELL! And one of my favorite sandwiches in Brevard is literally this Italian sub, just something about it! It’s delicious. Everyone in store, or who has delivered has always went above and beyond to make us and everyone around us happy! We use the buy more than 2 items for 6.99$ it’s such a good deal! Can’t say good enough things for a place I know the kids would love, but then have the extras the parents would love too!

Service is good, we didn’t have time to go out and pick up our food, kiddos were so tired from water activity. We decided to do delivery instead, we expected to be about 35mins or so even though the place is not far at all,but surprisingly the delivery were very quick and the delivery person was pleasant. We ordered their special $19.99 deals (2 medium pizza,garlic bread,cinnamon twist and 2 litter coke) for lunch not a bad deal at all. Family can always appreciate great deals for pizza!

they serve food and sometimes it’s made correctly. this is the third time I’ve gotten a pizza there that was messed up. third time getting a pizza that is half cooked and the first time I’ve gotten a pizza that was completely uncut. and I have to give special thanks to Alex when I called he treated it as though they had not screwed up and told me the only thing they could do for me was to let me drive back through traffic so they could cut the pizza for me.

Our pizzas were barley cut through, it started ripping. Like I get u guys rush but u could still check the pizza. And my pizza was barley finished cooking. The crust is so soft and barley baked, I can barley cut it myself. Like why did I even spend 33 plus tip for?
