last week i ordered a pasta bowl. they got it wrong sausage in it. no problem. i call and let them know. they send another pasta bowl. wrong again. They tell me they are going to refund me the pasta bowl. never did. Last night i order a pizza with pepperoni and bacon. pizza shows up with sausage all over it. what is happening over there?

Horrible. The chicken Alfredo had no chicken on it and when we called to have it fixed, we were told that everything had to be returned completely uneaten for a refund,( we hadn’t eaten anything anyway) then he hung up on us. As if it was OUR fault there was no chicken and it was burnt. Never eat at this location!!! Absolutely disgusting and they need training in customer service.

My roommate is a bike rider and she went to pick up our order and dropped the pizza. She was too embarrassed to take it back in to see if they would replace it and she came right home. I called and told them the situation and they absolutely refused to do anything about the situation. I would have expected more from dominoes. I am disappointed.

I ordered pizza tonight and a Coke. They forgot to add my Coke with the order. The driver said he would come back and I said do you promise? And he said I will come back. That AWESOME driver came back with my Coke and went out of his way to make sure I received it sooner than I was expecting. I wasn’t going to order the soda or pizza but I was having an allergic reaction to the guacamole dip I ate earlier in the day and I knew that the Coke would at least settle my stomach. The fact that this gentleman had no idea how much I really needed the soda made it all that more special that he was so prompt. Thank you so much guy in the dark gray/black truck for being Awesome!! You ROCK!

Most importantly they made it the way I ordered it so I can only be pleased by the results. $13 for a large thin and crispy half philly cheese and the other half veggie.

We’ve been ordering from this location for over three years and, more often than not, they don’t disappoint. They have great attitudes and they’re very quick. Every now and then, they can get something wrong on an order but, with the volume they’re pushing through, that’s to be expected. Thanks for the effort 🙂

Take more time reading orders before you deliver. No Bacon means I dont want any !!! It can’t be that hard to do it right. Also if my parmesan box is soaked all the way through due to grease it may be just to much. They used to be much better.
