Tried bruton blv dominos first who were totally useless – after 1.5 hours i eventually cancelled and then phoned this branch – 10 mins later all sorted, great service – My key tip to europeans though is don’t go thin and crusty, the cardbox would taste better. The app sucks btw.

Ordered Domino’s from the Whisper lake location, and while the pizza was fine, the marble cookie was a complete disaster. It was burnt to a crisp—dry, bitter, and basically inedible. For something that’s supposed to be a warm, gooey treat, this was the exact opposite. Definitely not worth the extra cost. Pretty disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to it. Won’t be ordering desserts from here again.

Ordered cheesy tots and a chix bacon ranch NO BACON. Both pizza and tots had bacon. Called the store to have them remake the order and the mgr relayed a msg stating he personally made the order and there was no bacon. After going back and forth I asked for a refund since they were not willing to make a new order and told them if I don’t see the money I’ll save the food and bring it to them so they can see for themselves. If it was made with no bacon that means there is someone who is extremely sloppy with making the food. I would understand mistakenly adding it to the pizza but the tots didn’t have bacon at all, only cheese. Poor customer service on the managers part.

1. Order Confusion: I received three different orders with three different names, none of which matched my order or my name.
2. Lack of Attention: The staff appeared unfocused and inattentive to customer needs.

I have ordered many times from this store and not one time was my order been wrong or slow. Always arrives quickly and piping hot! Every driver has been very friendly and courteous. This Domino’s store is the best by far! Not once has anything been wrong!

When I mean out, I mean out from under the cheese and the surface of the crust. It’s not my hair, because my hair is curly, not that long, and I do not have dark brown hair.

Pretty standard dominos. My order was correct and fresh, but kinda felt like a fancy frozen pizza. I wanted a nice, greasy fast food pizza. It was just okay, not living up to the hype I remember dominos to be.

Highly incompetent staff. I order carryout pizza about 2 to 3 times per year and this was my go-to store as I like dominoes and it is fairly close to me. Yet every time I make an order for pickup, I am either handed the wrong order or have to wait for an additional 15 minutes before someone realizes that my order was already cooked.
The food is decent and is as expected but I am fed up with the terrible mismanagement of orders. Just the other day I saw a nice coupon online but was reminded of how terrible this place is and so I didn’t end up using it as the next nearest Domino’s is half an hour away from me. I have left feedback several times over the years and just get a “We understand and we will fix it” but it never gets fixed.
