Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Staff Behavior
I ordered a split half-and-half pizza through the Domino’s website (MetroWest, Orlando). The website clearly allows two different topping selections for each side, which is exactly what I chose. There are no additional instructions required on the site beyond cut and bake options.
When I picked up the order, no one opened the box to confirm the pizza. Once I got home, I discovered the pizza was incorrectly made—all toppings were mixed together into one dry pizza instead of being split as ordered , and I called the store.

I immediately called the store using the number on the receipt. I made five calls, waiting up to 11 minutes at times. When someone finally answered, the employee repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, and eventually hung up, saying they were “too busy” regardless that I have asked him to respecfully listen to my issues first.

I then returned to the store in person. Both employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The female employee, who appeared to be the manager or lead, told me to “shut up,” called me a name, and threatened to call the police if I ever returned. Instead of resolving the issue, she said the order would be canceled.
The order was canceled, but I never received a refund, which is still unresolved.
This review is also a question to the owner:
How is this level of behavior acceptable? Ignoring calls, hanging up on customers, verbal abuse, and threats are not how customer service issues should ever be handled.
Photos are the evidence of how the website does not provide an easy order as well.

Very disappointing experience. I will not return.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. I ordered from this Domino’s (6401 Raleigh St, Orlando) and the food came completely burnt not just a little overcooked, but actually inedible. When I called to request a refund, they only offered store credit, which felt really unfair since I didn’t want to order again after that experience.
To make things worse, after I declined the remake, they still sent a driver back to my gated community without my permission. Thankfully, my gate kept them from showing up at my door, but that was really uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I get that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left a bad taste and not from the pizza. Definitely disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service.

First let me start by saying it only takes one to ruin something. And what I’m about to say has happened before, and I let it go. But no more. A delivery driver asked me for a tip to my face upon delivery, I stated I already have and it was a pretty good tip too for the cost of my food. 25 percent. He said well what about the pet who work in the store, I said is that not what y’all do with the delivery fee. Then when he realized I wasn’t paying more in tips then I did for my meal, he started pointing out how my hedges need trimming and my yard need work. I kindly refused and told him my neighbor does that, which he does. So the delivery guy finally left, and my girlfriend told me I should report him. I decided against it because I figured well maybe he’s struggling and a closed mouth don’t get fed. But he did it again this time about 19 minutes ago and I’m going to just not order from dominos anymore. It was my go to place to because the food is decent and it’s super close to me. I hope you guys review all my purchases and see how much this cost you in the long run. I was ordering multiple times a week, but not going to do this again. I just prefer to deal with a place that doesn’t send someone to beg me for money after I already tipped him 5 dollars on a 16 dollar order. And the place is a mile from my house.

I placed an order and my dessert was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they said they would send it right away. When the delivery finally arrived, I was shocked to find a box with chicken drumsticks that had clearly already been eaten. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. I expected a quick fix to a simple mistake, but this made the situation even worse. I won’t be ordering from here again.

***Beware when purchasing from this dominos*** if you have any issues they will steal money from you and refuse to do any refunds or provide assistance.
TLDR: ended up doing separate orders and was told it would be delivered together. Pizza arrived cold and never received the 2nd half of the order. Called manager multiple times for solutions and she refused to assist. They stole money from us. Money is better spent else where. I’d suggest Marco’s Pizza. Better pizza and better customer service.

I always order from Domino’s, and today I spent $55. The delivery guy simply knocked on my door, ran out, and left all my food on the floor without any protection or care. It’s ridiculous! He just left it there and walked away., A drive-thru called Duane even brought me the wrong soda and the wrong pizza, what a mess.

I ordered through DoorDash, but they use their own drivers, and the driver went to the wrong building. Instead of trying to contact me, he just marked the order as delivered. While I could see him lost on the map, I kept trying to call the restaurant to explain the directions, but nobody would answer. They even hung up on me. I tried ordering again for pickup, but they said it would take over an hour!
The worst part was checking Google afterward and seeing so many bad reviews for this same location and clearly, nothing has improved.

The food arrived cold, even in an insulated bag. The guarantee you market is a joke bc you offer a discount on a future order, and judging by your review percentages most people don’t want to order from you again after the first time. Pizza is dry and cold, despite ordering extra sauce. It’s poorly portioned and more bread than anything else, very much unlike the “new york style” that I ordered. If your tracker times are accurate to what you are doing in real time in your location, my food sat for over 20 minutes before anyone bothered to deliver it. The driver spent a lot of time wandering my community when they could have called and asked questions if the location was difficult to find. You have poor execution, poor communication, and inferior food. Pass this location by if you want decent pizza on a Saturday night.

How do those wings look to you? They supposedly have a “quality checker”. Nope. Horrible. The store has done nothing to correct this or get in touch with me. Way too many 5 star reviews. Something is very odd there.

I came into the store around 4:30-5 and i placed my order at 4:18. Upon going into the store nobody was at the counter, but i could hear multiple people talking in the back. I yelled hello twice with no answer. The only reason the girl came out was because the phone rang. Then when i open my pizza at home, its cut terrible with three weird shaped pieces and the other three were huge. I ordered two pizzas and they where both cut like crap.
