I’ve heard stories like this. I’d never think it’d happen to me. I was down on my luck and ordered a pizza and it came to me like someone had stuck their fingers in it. The pepperoni moved when I grabbed a slice to reveal what someone did. This is disgusting. Don’t order from here

I don’t normally make bad reviews but after multiple bad experiences with this location I feel I have to. The first time we ordered we got molten lava cakes covered in Parmesan cheese instead of powder sugar. When we called to let them know their excuse was “we are busy” that really isn’t a reason to put cheese on a dessert like that. The second time we ordered they came as cold hockey pucks. Lesson learned we stopped ordering the lava cakes and ordered another dessert the third time which would have been great if they remembered to actually deliver it. I placed the order a day in advance for 6pm delivery so it would get here well before the Super Bowl started and it didn’t show up until 6:20 and half my order was missing. No problem I call the store they tell me they’re “really busy” again I get that but I’m still missing half the food I ordered. They tell me they we will remake it and deliver it in an hour, ok we can be patient and wait; one hour goes by then two hours go by and still nothing by now no one is hungry waiting for the additional food that may or may not come. For context the food eventually did show up half way through the half time show making us miss a good portion of the performance. I’m disappointed that this is becoming a constant issue every time we order, I do not think we are going to give them another chance.

I give service a 1 star, at Domino’s.. because the last time I had dominos, it was a delivery order, specifically the store inside UCF, by the arena.. I ordered 3 hand tossed thin crust pizzas, and 4 stuffed crust pizzas.. they gave me no thin crusts.. instead they gave me regular crust that was slightly burned and had no seasoning.. amd the stuffed crust pizzas were severely lacking in.. being “STUFFED”.. on top of that, when I called the store and asked for the pizzas to be remade because of the issue, some lady who claimed to be the regional manager was extremely rude and bad mouthed me for complaining about the pizzas and told me that they make them like that and nothing could be done.. I live dominos.. but ever since then, I have gone to Papa John’s or Pizza hut, because the Domino’s service left a bad taste in my mouth..

Is there a chicken shortage I’m unaware of because $8 for 7 boneless wings that are this tiny and barely have sauce on them is unacceptable. That’s more than $1 per boneless wing!!! Ordered chicken on my pizza as well and you be the judge, can you see any chicken on that pizza…barely!!! Won’t be going back to this location anytime soon! Wish I could rate them zero stars!

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Domino’s was unacceptable. Manager Daniel is completely unfit for his position. Instead of resolving a simple issue with professionalism, he handled the situation poorly and made the customer experience much worse.
A manager should set the tone for the store, but Daniel showed a lack of basic customer service skills, accountability, and respect. If this is the standard of leadership, it reflects poorly on the entire location. I won’t be returning until there is better management in place.

Absolutely horrible delivery. It took 1 hour after they said it would get here, pizza was smushed into itself and cheese was just all over the box. I tried calling and no one would even answer, just went in circles with the chat bot and every time it tried to connect me with someone it reset. Will not be ordering from this place again
