Today I was surprised at how awesome this location was. Food was ready on time, order was correct, staff was super friendly and nice, and no crowd of angry customers in the store. I had stopped coming to this location a few months back after some awful experiences (see prior 1 star review). Thingshave obviously changed and I look forward to ordering from this location again.

9/26/25 I ordered the $9.99 Any topping Pizza Deal. I picked up my pizza at around 10:20 PM which I believe was made by Ashley (Not 100% sure). Either way it was most certainly the best pizza I’ve ever gotten from Dominos but it was also in the Top 10 pizzas I’ve had of all time. Whoever it was that made that pizza that night needs some love.
P.S. It was a pan pizza with: Red sauce, Sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple, and green peppers well done. I never leave reviews but thank you.

the manager of this location was extremely disrespectful when an order was placed and they messed up the order. they sent pasta with no sauce and had to get it delivered. he hung up the phone after i asked him his name because i couldnt believe he was the manager. i was explaining the order and asking why it had taken over 45 mins to delivered. the “manager” who is probably gonna work at dominos for the rest of his life, said he didnt have to give me his name. joke is on him because i will be contacting corporate offices and the owner of this location with a formal complaint. dominos messed up the order and there was no consideration for the customer, at all. if you are the owner of this location, please rethink this guy. i will never be order from here again! what a disgrace!

Horrible service! Told me three times my order was in the oven. I placed two orders within 60 seconds of each other. One came out on time and the second 20 minutes later. Result cold pizza on the first order and a construction crew that had a late, lunch. Horrible!!!

Ordered 2 pizza pies using any topping promo with chicken, bacon and pepperoni. They placed 3 pieces of chicken and not enough cheese. Too much tomato sauce. It was disgusting. It was my last pizza order.

I simply ordered the delivery to be delivered to my home. When I receive the orders, the photos above is what I received when I called the phone to the Domino’s in College Park to address the issues they placed me on hold for 19 minutes and then hung up on my face. upon calling back for a third time when they finally did pick up, I was greeted by woman. I still do not know her name when I explain to her that they have served me the food they did and that I expected it to be replaced she basically replied as if it didn’t happen and hung up in my face. when I then drove to the store and was great at by the only woman at the register that I knew hung up on me due to the fact she was the only female employee there. I asked her if that is how she treated all for customers. I explained to her that was very poor customer service as I was talking to her, another gentleman to the left basically told me to be quiet because he was on the phone very nasty when I explain to the gentleman, whose name was Brandon that I have the right to speak. My opinion. There was no need for him to come off that way when I asked him his name he refused to give it to me when I then said I would take a photo and come back and find out from the a higher up manager who he was, he took his phone out and took a photo of me due to wearing one of my own work shirts. He stated he’s gonna call my employer i am not really sure why I have never been anywhere so unprofessional very poor customer service not the first time as for the other gentleman that were there, I believe about three of them. They seem to just want us to stay out of it and clearly keep their jobs. I’m very curious as to what corporate will do about the situation seeing as it led to the cops being called. Meet Brandon also apparently believed it was professional to start arguing with my 14-year-old son. As for the manager on shift, the one who started the problem she had at no point in time did anything to de-escalate any of the issues going on better yet she is the one who caused it the moment she hung up in my face.

I ordered what was to be a sausage pan pizza for lunch, I ordered as soon as they opened assuming I’d get great quality being that they wouldn’t be busy like their evenings. I was wrong, my pizza barely had any cheese, some slices had sausage some barely had any. Should’ve just saved my money. Speaking of which, when I paid I handed my money to the guy at the counter (assuming he was new, no biggie) but the guy that was cutting pizza came to help and when he returned my change he placed it on the counter and slid it towards me. Pet peeve of mine.

Pizza was really great ! It would have gotten 5 stars if the employee’s knew how to read the order properly.. I was suppose to get 2 identical pizzas… but fir some reason they must not have read that both pizzas were exactly the same and suppose to be pepperoni and extra cheese going. These are side by side pics as well as individual pics of both pizzas. You can definitely tell which one has extra cheese & and which on we doesn’t. I had a few guest upset bc they got cheated out of the chsesf goodness. It really seriously sucked and was highly inconvenient also it was paid for!! The only reason you got 4 stars was due tho the fact that if was very fresh, the ingredients had good flavor…and the

Always quality service when I visit this location! I have no issues with my orders ever, and the app works flawlessly with the tracker too. The staff is always friendly and attentive, my pizzas are made correct and taste fresh. Keep up the great job Edgewater Crew!
