Placed an order at 4:15 for 5:30 pick up. Called the store after placing order to confirm and ask them to have it ready a few minutes sooner because of the app time increments didn’t allow. They agreed. At 5:21 my app sent an alert that the order was ready. At 5:25 they tell me they don’t have an order for me. We checked correct store information as well as the store phone number we called and everything matched. 5:30 oh we have your order it just went in the oven. Now here we are waiting with a car full of hungry kids. Everyone is stressed and upset after going back and forth about not having the order and dominos sending out alerts with false notifications. The app will not let me open the “How did we do” form probably on purpose to prevent negative feedback. Last time we do this.

We bought a house in this Domino’s service area a year ago. Since then, we have only gotten Domino’s a dozen times. We have not had any complaints this far and hope that trend continues. Excellent customer service. We had done pick up and delivery. The delivery staff are polite and professional. We order using the app and, to date, have had no issues with it. Love their jalapeño and bacon bread. The wife loves their parmesan garlic wings. We both love their marble cookie.
On this last delivery, we got a lot of items, including our normal sides, the Wisconsin six cheese was amazing. We got it with extra sauce, extra cheese, and added pepperoni.
One thing did occur that was puzzling. Photo included. The cut was wrong on one of the pizzas. We asked for square cut. Even the regular pie cut was off.

I’m a Muslim and do not eat pork. I ordered 4 chicken Alfredo Pasta and a sandwich. When the delivery arrived, we were eager to eat, but two of the Alfredo dishes contained bacon. I called the store and spoke to a “manager” who was very unprofessional. I requested either a redelivery or a refund, but he refused, offering only “store credit under this number.” Sir, people order because they are hungry. After some back-and-forth, he rudely hung up. Never again. This manager needs training on handling escalations, especially regarding food issues.

I have no complaints about the pizza now that I’ve learned to order it well-done. If I don’t order it well-done it is too underdone for my taste. See my first photo for what I consider underdone. This place never seems to have any customers. Perhaps I just go at the wrong time of day. It has a rundown feel about it. I posted some pictures so you can see what I mean. The manager clearly doesn’t care what the drive-thru people see on their way around the building. Also someone always parks their car in a non-parking spot, completely blocking the drive around lane. So if you need to drive around but aren’t going through the drive-thru you will be stuck if someone is at the window. Whether or not, it seems rude for an employee to make their own parking space in a very inconvenient location. Why not park in a parking space? It might even look like you have customers!

A total disappointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to order some garlic bread, and they served it to me raw. The young man working the shift was quite rude and the young woman working there was rather racist. I showed them the bread when I broke it open and the dough was raw. She put it back in the oven, and she behaved quite well after that, but it’s a complete disappointment that a Dominos would fall into the hands of someone who, because of being in a hurry, doesn’t value a customer.

I ordered 3 pizza’s and when I got home we opened the boxes and long and behold they were overcooked and dry as sandpaper. I called to complain about it and was told because my kids ate a piece their was nothing they could do. $27.00 for overcooked dry pizza. Domino’s you truly are despicable to send out pizza like that to hard working customers. You should be very ashamed. Thank you John W

Enjoyed at the Workplace
Few meals are as fun at a workplace party as pizza, and Domino’s Pizza delivered a great time–literally and metaphorically. All six pizzas arrived pre-sliced and warm in their boxes. We are a small workplace and had plenty of pizza left over to take home afterward.
While all the flavors were appreciated, I thought the cheese was hard to beat. It’s gooey, creamy, and smooth (like a mix of mozzarella, pecorino, parmesan, and asiago). The crust is a crispy golden brown, perfect for dipping into marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic butter. It heats up well in the microwave, meaning you can stretch the enjoyment across multiple days.
