The last 2x times I’ve ordered pizza they’ve messed it up.
The owner only wanted to send a driver and get pizza messed up.
It’s dinner time no one wants 1/2 of their order delivered while the other pizza sits and gets cold.
Very rude kept slamming phone down in my ear while asking mgr
Over all poor experience with this Domino’s.
It’s a pizza NOT a steak dinner.

Domino’s is always on time and always good. All the delivery people have been friendly. I like that I earn points so the price of my order is always reduced. I do not like the delivery charge! For a while I quit ordering because of it.
Overall this Dominos does a good job and we are happy with our food.

Wowww!!! Always excellent…consistent…impressive!! The food, the speed, the price, the delivery!! This is a well oiled machine that is obviously focused on a great product…from the app..to the delivery and food quality…and the STAFF is AMAZZZINGGG, MANAGEMENT IS AMAZZINGGGG…I called tonight with a quick question about their fantastic 5 Cheese Mac-n-Cheese (which is delicioussss) and she was very nice (I believe she was the Manager) answered my question quickly and professionally…even on the busiest days and times our order is always awesome!! Wow!!! Been ordering from you for years. THANK YOU to the Orange City Domino’s location!! You’re truuuuuly amazzzinggg!!!

I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by my recent experience at this Dominos management. I ordered pizza for my daughters and was shocked to find a piece of cloth—or something resembling fabric—mixed in with the pizza. It was so disgusting that we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat anything else.
I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a “manager” named Tristen. Despite calmly explaining the situation, he showed no concern or willingness to investigate what the foreign object might actually be. Instead, he defensively insisted that there was no fabric in their kitchen and dismissed my concerns entirely. When I asked what would be done about this, his only response was that they couldn’t refund what we had already eaten—a remark that felt dismissive and offensive, given the potential health hazard.
I definitely want a refund, is the least; the importance of the subject that he couldn’t focus on was me trying to inform them of a serious safety issue. It’s alarming to think that my daughters might have ingested pieces of this unidentified material, and yet the management showed no interest in addressing this concern.
I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this place, as the lack of care for customer safety and satisfaction is deeply concerning.

LET ME TELL YOU!!! I was starving and dominos failed me by closing 30 early but when I called PIZZA HUT they have won my heart. They had an amazing attitude and took our order so respectfully. While dominos don’t wanna pick up my call. The PIZZA HUT employee took my order with so much joy and smile on their face. While Dominos don’t know what time they suppose to close. Thanks for hiring teenagers.

I called the other day and was hung up on. I called back and was put on hold indefinitely. If you read other reviews apparently this is the norm for this location.
It’s not a wonder that Domino’s has staffing shortages and staffing problems. They are constantly running employment needed ads but never hire good employees or who are above the age of 16…or they simply say they are not hiring. Very unprofessional. We won’t be back
