Domino’s Store #5053 – 1510 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL – Manager “Alex”
I’ve been ordering from this location for 13 years. Thirteen. And tonight was it for me.
The quality here has been sliding for a while, but what happened tonight was unbelievable. I drove 1.8 miles to pick up my order. It was already sitting on the shelf when I got there, which should have been my first red flag. By the time I got home — six minutes later — the pizza was cold, hard, and completely tasteless. The wings were tiny and pathetic.
This wasn’t fresh food. It felt like something that had been sitting around and got pushed off on me.
I called the store to ask what was going on. The manager, “Alex,” hung up on me. I called back and asked if he really just hung up — and he said yes. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude.
That kind of arrogance is unreal.
This didn’t just lose this store a customer. It lost the Domino’s brand a 13-year customer. I will never order from Domino’s again because of this experience. Thank “alex” for this accomplishment, Domino’s.

take the extra 5 minutes to go to a different pizza place or you will waste your money.
1. The food is SOAKED in grease. You’re better off drenching a sponge and putting cheese on top and calling that a pizza. even the brownie cookie is greasy.
2. the service was awful. I was given my receipt and the person behind the counter told me to sign the receipt and just walked away. I don’t expect or usually care about service, but this was bizarre.
3. I didn’t get all the sauces I ordered. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for it because the cashier walked away and disappeared without saying anything.
there’s 5 – 6 other pizza places in a mile radius of this place. even if they were all closed I am never coming back here and you should not either.

Let’s start with the absolute disaster I witnessed at the Domino’s in Maitland. An employee named Christy should not be anywhere near food. She was wearing a filthy jacket with sleeves dragging all over the pizzas, no gloves, and her long hair hanging loose while making food. On top of that, she had no teeth, looked completely unkept, and presented herself in the most unsanitary way imaginable. Honestly, she looked like she belonged nowhere near a kitchen, let alone a place serving food to paying customers.
Her attitude matched her appearance—rude, dismissive, and flat-out unprofessional. She refused to acknowledge me, ignored my questions, and acted like customers were a burden.
The fact that this location allows someone like this to handle food is shocking and downright disgusting. The health department should be called immediately. The franchise owner—who is obviously an absent owner—needs to be held accountable. I HAVE ATTACHED HIS NAME IN THE PICTURE! This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I will be contacting Domino’s corporate to report what I experienced.

So I ordered a Honey-barbecue wings, I received wings that looked half cooked with a little barbecue sauce drizzled over them. I called to speak with the manager and the gentleman who answered responded that he was the manager and informed me that’s how the wings were done! I informed him that’s not how I’ve gotten them in previous orders nor that’s not how they are on the website! His response was, “I’m not sure what site you’re looking at but this is how we do wings, would you like some free wings “? No i don’t want another order of these nasty wings. Their pizza is good, wings I’ve gotten before was good, these were horrible! I spent $70. Two pizzas and two 8 piece order wings.

Apparently this place isnt open anymore for carryout. Saw a female driver headed out to do deliveries. Place is closed and noone else is here at 10:00pm to make any pizzas, depite fact it says open until midnight.

Omg. My food was really good, and I enjoyed it tremendously. We had a feast for under $30.00 using the online website.

I had to come back and edit my review. They remade it and still missed a topping.
I was first given the wrong receipt to sign. I don’t always check my pizza when I leave. But something made me check this one. I opened the box and it was missing two of the five toppings. I splurged on a multi-topping pizza which I don’t usually do. Please tell me how I order a 5 topping pizza and it comes with only 3 toppings???? What the heck? Would not recommend this place. Pick up might be fine but don’t get it delivered bc your pizza will probably be wrong.

My experience with this location has been nothing but unprofessional. It’s a new “manager “ I believe by the name of “Jay or ray” I had complaint regarding an order not once but twice about how he just throws the pizzas together and sends them out for delivery, he proceeded to tell me that “I’m the only one complaining. I tried to order again last night and was informed that my number is on the “can not service “ list which in unfair so I will be calling corporate the new manager they have there does not to work there . He’s rude and needs a reality check.
