I had a very unpleasant experience at this Domino’s Pizza. The person at the front taking orders, helping customers, handing out food, and answering the phone was also preparing pizzas — touching the dough and adding cheese when the other employee was busy. He did this without washing his hands or wearing gloves, even after touching the front computer, the phone, and the mouse of the computer that all delivery drivers use (the one next to the soda fridge). I imagine it’s the same even when handling cash.
I also noticed that the delivery drivers were handling the metal trays used for pizzas without washing their hands, and one of the delivery girls was filling sauce cups without any hygiene.
It was truly an unpleasant experience. I really hope no one gets sick because of these practices. I won’t be buying from this location again unless they make serious improvements in cleanliness.

Ordered a cheese pan pizza and got this horrendous mess delivered even has random pieces of pineapple in the box. It’s so bad we actually found it funny. We have had many pizzas from this place before that have all been good so they still get four stars in my book, just a weird mishap on this one.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks the college has made a order from Domino’s in Lake Mary Fl. 1st time they were over 30min late, today was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. These orders, Cheese and Pepperoni were placed several weeks in advance due to we are at a college and hosting events for the students…Our Director of the college re-checked on the order 35 pizzas on the morning of the delivery day 11/12/25, and was told all was on scheduled. We then had to call due to each of the orders did not arrive at 12:30pm requested delivery time. Today after calling for a 3rd time, the Manager of store #3881 was very rude and made excuses that “You are not the only order and others had ordered and to be delivered as well at the same time”…”I am the only one here and a driver”..etc. very unprofessional and no customer service tack at all. There were Dept. staff people here at the College that who heard and witness this also as of today our Director as well as several departments at the college say that will NO LONGER use Domino’s Pizza at this location.

Britney, the store manager was super helpful, but I just threw an entire large pepperoni pizza in the trash can. It was awful. The crust was undercooked & mushy along with an overpowering amount of sauce. The extra cheese & pepperoni was abysmal. My kiddos pizza looked decent.

Dominos is Dominos, we all know that, but the Lake Mary location is aces!!! The staff here is one of the best I’ve seen. Management really knows what they are doing when talking about running a well oiled operation. They are always perfect with their preparation of orders, they are fast, friendly and detail oriented. Prices are very competitive and affordable. I never worry when ordering at this location. Highly, highly recommended.

I found hair on my pizza at first I found a bug …yes a bug …I ignored it because it was so small it could of came off one of the trees when my sister brought it inside the house and crawled in the box perhaps… I didn’t get the picture because like any other person I through it out immediately…Idk but thank goodness I checked that second box I thought you guys had a clean kitchen and are following all policies and guidelines…This is unacceptable .. I always order from the pizza places in Lake Mary because I trust you guys…but elsewhere I must go…. the trust gone…Please look into this Dominos so no one gets sick or experience what I did in my household smh … my feelings more hurt than anything got the kids excited about pizza night then this
