Went in and ordered two pizzas today, one large pepperoni with extra sauce n 1 supreme.We didn’t get ANY sauce on our Pizza and we barely got our toppings, i dont know who runs this store but you need all new hires. Especially after reading ALL the 1 star reviews!!!! Not one person knew how to find my order and they ended up giving me someone else’s information! And then they refused to do anything to make it better!

This Domino’s location did really well with our pizza. We got the 9.99 large pizza any toppings deal. It was cooked perfect and the service was fast. This store is actually located inside of the Walmart entry as soon as you walk in. They also will deliver car side when you pull up.

Tried to Call to get a name to leave a good review about the food and was met with a very rude lady on the phone! Food was excellent though! Medium New York style well done! Yum! Wish it was a little thinner but that’s my fault for not ordering the thin crust….

I had to wait a bit for my pick up. My food was hot. I got home my wings were not sauced. It looked like some poured some over my wings in package. Only about half my wings had sauce. Was not happy there. My pizza ended up being the wrong size. I ordered a large and got a medium. If that was a meat lovers it was very sad example. I just didn’t have the time to come right back and start over. If there is a next time I’ll be sure to check everything

I ordered my free bread bites. Got in the car put them in my lap and they were so full of buttery oil it leaked all in my lap, burned me it was hot. I went to move them and it leaked all over my car. To.too it off my bread bites were so crunchy it all went in the trash. The amount of the buttery oil stuff was disgusting. I tried to reach out by email and no response. Won’t order from here again.

So they definitely charged my card for my order online, but then when I got to the store, they tried to tell me they didn’t have it and the Child behind the counter that seems to think she’s a manager looked me in my face and very boldly told me she wasn’t giving me my money or my pizza. I called the Amelia store and the actual store manager there that’s been the manager since 1991 was happy to explain to me the situation and that the hold would be released at the end of the business day. Had this child been a real manager she would’ve known that policy and could’ve relayed that information to me and I would’ve been happy to re-put in my order and pay at the store and just wait for the end of the day for the original charge to drop.
But no! She chose to create chaos in her store, and the fact that the rest of the staff was behind the counter, laughing at the whole situation, definitely explains why your store has two stars. As a business owner, I would never stand for any of my staff speaking to any customer that way, regardless of the situation. I will be taking all of my future orders to the Amelia store, and since my business works with the entire public of DeLand , I’ll be sure to let everyone else know they need to just take their business to the Amelia store as well. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems this store has a serious issue with processing payments and providing adequate customer service.

Beyond fustrated! Placed an online order & when we hit submit order & an error message popped up on the screen, not showing that the actual order went through. Went online to my mobile bank app, to see that we had been charged for our mobile order. Called Domino’s, Manager Barbara said they had no order in their system, that we would have to call bank. We turn around & call our bank, for our bank to state, yes they do show the order that was placed with Domino’s & that Dominos would have to void our order out, otherwise the charge stands. Call back & speak with Barbara again, who plays clueless & refuses to be of any real assistance. Advised Barbara she could speak to our bank to verify that we have been charged, or show proof via screenshots that we have been changed, said there was nothing she could do. Gave us a “corporate number” that tells us to contact the local store directly. Horrible customer service to the point that we have had to resort to filling FRAUD CHARGES WITH THIS DOMINO’S since Manager Barbara refused to be of any assistance.

On the first part of the delivery we got somebody else’s order. So I called and they remade the order and sent it out really fast. It got here right away and it was good and hot and everything was perfect. From kitchen to delivery, You rock guys! Thank you!

Pizza never delivered. App shows order complete. Had confirmation email from Dominos , but they could not find me in the system. Out $24.00.
