On my most recent order they didn’t have the 2ltr I ordered never got the credit back on my card as requested. Also ordered the cinnamon bread and it wasn’t coated at all. Emailed corp and never got follow up on the matter. Seems like I won’t be ordering anymore if they are going to steal my money.

My family LOVES dominoes. However, I called to ask if there was a deal for my birthday and I was treated extremely rude. Like it was offensive to ask. I had offers from 3 other restaurants and they offered 50% off. It was simply a question and the young person said, “Bro, we don’t give discounts.” I’m 46 today and am not your brother sir. Fact: we ordered anyways. We LOVE dominoes. Too bad we don’t love them as much as we could.

Hey dominos, are your wings always this small?! Basically the size of a mini Hershey’s. I’ve never seen the stuffed bread with spinach on the outside, hence the stuffed part. I’ve had these dishes before, yet never looked this way. Then, there’s the pizza…. Pictures speak for themselves. My husband was not happy about this. He called the store to make them aware. The response was no worries man, have a good night , and enjoy. Brrroooooo, that’s not how you handle a customer complaint, my dude. Enjoy what, that’s the whole purpose of the complaint. No apologies and no accountability. So, guess that means this is the best you can do. Based on the response, this location is ok with it. Side note…. delivery person was on time and very nice. So, because of that… I grant you 1 star.

Mgr. Robert disconnected my call because his driver Quenton is a liar. Robert said he (the driver) pulled up and that he couldn’t find me. I offered to show security tapes interior if my business and exterior video. No driver entered my establishment. Robert said Quention said he called me, I answered on the second ring. He disconnected. I called back and call was refused. I told Robert also said he didn’t need to see the call logs as he was the one to cancel. So he lost my business, personally and professionally all based on bad information that he didn’t want to see the proof offered. Sounds like a good manager. He should thank Quenton. Also going to post this on FB, Yelp, Google and others.
